This is my 3rd time ordering a LARGE $3.15 hashbrown, and getting a medium.......I have complained EVERY time, tired of complaining......will not be back to be ripped off like this.....Tried adding photo, will not let me....convenient

The bathroom did not have any TP or paper towels. When I asked about it I was told that he will get to it. I needed it then not later. Bad customer service.

Always friendly service and food made as we like to order. This BK has always been great! The last time we were there, I noticed how carefully they put together the sandwiches, and see that other reviewers make mention as well. This is not something you experience everywhere. Keep up the great work!For negative reviewers, small inconveniences are part of life. You can't say that every meal you've made came out perfect, or that you tell yourself to hurry up if you're cooking too slow. If your order is wrong, kindly let them get it right for you!

This place always has hot and fresh food every time I go! I see a lot of complaints for this place though on the reviews. I mostly go at night. Must be the better crew at night because I have never have got bad food here once. I have been coming to this particular Burger King for many years! Keep up the good work guys! ?

Easley the worst bk in the area. Bread was stale and hard as a brick. The lettuce was as dry as paper. Avoid this place.

Horrible customer services, the manager that’s in today 11/12/2022. Only gave me one of my meals and I order 2 meals but charged $31.68. She made me wait outside for 15 minutes just to get my order wrong.I realized when I got home which I live 15 minutes away. The manager just hanged up on me when I called at 2:30pm, she didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Very rude lady, I had to make a dispute to my bank so I can get my money back, which thankfully I got back. I just can’t believe the awful service at this place.
I love the onion rings the most! The food is very good.Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper is very good.Dietary restrictions: They will take away things that you can't have on your food. Such as lettuce, tomatoe, ketchup, pickles, etc.

Moldy bread on my burger, I wouldn't buy from there again.I would give it zero stars if I could.So disappointed... since this has always been one of my favorite places to eat, since I was a little girl.
