Signs of a good Chinese restaurant: 150+ items on the menu, unending supply of microwave safe to go containers (if saved for future use), good amount of food, not too expensive. Luckily Chopsticks has all of the above. This is in a convenient location from where I live, so easy to get take-out. There's plenty of parking in the area they are located. They have good sized servings for a reasonable price, and a lot of options on the menu. We enjoyed the food we got. It's not gourmet food, but your typical, Chinese restaurant in a strip mall food. The food here definitely fulfilled my craving! We ordered the sesame chicken with white rice dinner combo which comes with a giant egg roll, vegetable lo mein, fried chicken (8 pieces included), small bbq pork and a large wonton soup. All of this food came to about $50. We had plenty of leftovers after.

Food can be great or not so great. Very inconsistent. Not bad though. Never know what they will forget in regards to condiments though.

Food was incorrect, and rather than own up to it they chose to lie. Do you want people like that making the food you'll probably share with loved ones?

one of my best places to eat Chinese food, the food is super delicious and the service is very good ...

I ordered the Gen toas chicken, the Mongolian beef, combo fried rice and egg rolls. Everything was great but the egg rolls, they weren't my fave. Going back tonight though to give them another chance.

I usually get delivery every weekend because my family is obsessed with this place. We usually get the sweet and sour chicken and the fried rice along with some egg rolls. The food is defiantly the best Chinese food around this area and very fast service. Also I think it’s cool how they do contactless delivery. I tell all my friends about this place!

I ordered at 6:38 pm. Delivery was quoted between 7:35 and 7:45. It's Friday night so I understand the long timeframe. However it is now 8:44 and I still do not have food.

I ordered food from Chopsticks & the Driver name Sandra come right way with the food
I saw some bad reviews so I was a little skeptical but I do like to give the restaurants a try and I'm glad I did. The food was awesome. Everyone enjoyed it!! We had lo mein , sesame chicken, orange chicken, veggie fried rice, egg fried rice , pot stickers , crab Rangoon's and house special lo mein... food was very well seasoned. The service was great! I called the order in and picked it up. It's a good 10 minutes from my home and driving back home was a little rough, the aromas of the food tickled my nose. So please , give them a try.. maybe they were having a rough night.. to those that may not have had a great experience. Please keep up the good work ..I have to learn to take pictures..I do have one of the crab Rangoon's ...

Food is good but every time I order from GrubHub there’s so little food. A large order of Mongolian beef is more like a small with a lot of veggies.

My wife and I have ordered from here a few times because we live so close, but we haven’t been super impressed with anything. Maybe it’s the style or flavor or something, but we have decided that this one isn’t our spot. I enjoy orange chicken and general Tao chicken, but it has consistently come a little soggy with an odd taste.Service is always good though. They messed up an order one time and totally redid the order and let us keep the other stuff.I’d say give it a shot once and don’t feel bad if it’s not your style.

My husband wanted pepper beef for Father’s Day. I told him there was a place called Chopsticks on Randall Road in Carpentersville called Chopsticks. We ordered and then picked it up. The beef was so tough, we couldnot eat it. When I called to complain, she said, no one else complained about the beef! She said, basically tough among other nasty things. We will never go there again. Boo Chopsticks!

This is definitely the very best Chinese food in this area that we have been ordering from for years. Portions are plentiful with significant amounts of beef, chicken, etc. not all vegetables. My only complaint is a recent interaction with a sarcastic counter employee. Her bad behavior would have changed my mind of returning if it was our first time trying this great restaurant.
