The food itself was good and was made right, but had very few napkins and no straws for my drinks. The worst thing about this McDonald's is that they are very slow. Did a mobile order, which the most I've ever waited at a McDonald's before was maybe 5 to 10 minutes depending on how large the order was. This McDonald's had about 7 people waiting or more for their food and no one at the front. Another thing I really can't stand is that you have to ask for everything here: straws, napkins, drinks. However, they have a donation box where most McDonald's have all that which seems convenient on their part.

Very bad experience, every boy they always forget something, the order takes up to 20 or 30 minutes, the service is very bad, the wait is long and they deliver the food cold and badly, something is always missing, very bad service, apart from the manager, when you ask her to complain, she won't let you speak rude aside

When I get out of work, I pass by here to pick up some food or a iced coffee, and recently there is a lady who serves food at the second window and she's always in a bad mood and doesn't serve the food or coffee correctly. I have asked her if she can replace it and she says that she made it the way it was supposed to be made.

Food is your typical McDonald's fare. Nothing really stands out better then any other restaurants. All in all food is good. Place is clean and tidy. Inside you can plan on having to use the kiosks to place your orders. Which I personally don't care for. Anything special requested usually up charges you for it. But , by far the worst problem I constantly have with this McDonald's is there is almost always something missing from your order, or if there were specific things you wanted they are almost never done. Ex. No onions. Etc.... by far the worst thing that I have is almost every time there are forgotten condiments, no silverware, no napkins, missing syrup with pancakes or complete meals missing. Always check your order. I don't expect perfection but just a few times in a row of getting everything ordered would be a great start. I'm sure the lower number of employees impacts a lot of these problems so I do not want to single out the employees. I think it is becoming the new normal for fast food places having to pay higher wages. Less help. People trying to do more with less help. Something has got to give. Unfortunately I think it will be the quality of service and quality will change for the worse in long run. Hopefully I am wrong.

I have been going to McDonalds for over 55 years now. It's not what it useto be. The burgers seems to be half the size, and twice the price. And the employees when you go to the counter it take them almost 5 minutes to address a customer. And now they want a tips for standing around, and we the customers has to order our own food. It's not the same. And now your order is not always correct. Like when I ordered no Onion I got extra onions. And when I ask for extra picked I get 1 little slice for a dollar. I can buy a small jar of pickels for $2. I have been a little disappointed with McDonalds over the years. Now I go a few times a year for a fast meal. And now I don't leave till I know that my order is 100% correct, even in Drive-thru.

They take a long time to deliver, they move you somewhere else to wait for your food, after so much waiting sometimes not everything you ordered comes, the food is good but it is a long time to wait whether you go to the place or order it for yourself

The Absolute worst Ever I ordered multiple pairs of burgers, fries and Mc.Chickens I was shorted I called to let them know. The manager to me to come back and bring the food but( I had already passed out the food to the kids ) I informed her that I couldn’t she proceeded to tell me that it was weird that I was missing something because the manager bagged up the food basically indicating they I’m Lying about my Food I was instantly pissed I hung up the phone and didn’t go back only because I’m already upset and if I drive back 10 mins for nothing it wouldn’t be nice!! I’m never going back to This location I feel insulted & disrespected I will be contacting the BBB As soon as possible!!
