I can see if you spend less than $25 or something, but I spent over $200. I'm so bothered by this that this will be my last time going there. Call it "the principle of the thing." We've been dining at RRH for years, both inside before the pandemic, and then ordering delivery during COVID. The food for the most part has been good, not great, but a decent menu to choose from. BUT.....I absolutely refuse to use a restaurant that passes on an NCA cost to the customer. Non-cash adjustments are charged to every order that is placed on a customer's credit card. That's not illegal according to what I've found, but definitely not a way to maintain a loyal customer base. It's simply one of the costs of doing business, and if they're that cheap that they make the customer absorb part of their business costs, then maybe they should take a look at their business model and make an adjustment somewhere else other than hitting their loyal customers in their wallets. At least have the decency to inform potential customers of their user-unfriendly policy prior to ringing up their order. These days the economy is in bad shape and lots of people are struggling. Ordering out is a luxury for many, but a food tax and a delivery tax AND this non-cash "adjustment" is purely nothing more than greed! Now I'm asking every other restaurant I'm ordering from if they have any hidden charges like the NCA prior to placing my order, and so far have found no others in the area that are as cheap as RRH. No more sneaky charges for me! BEWARE!!!!! Update and further info: If you want fantastic food with much more reasonable prices and NO HIDDEN CHARGES (non-cash adjustment), go to Masi's Italian Kitchen and Catering. Their phone number is 847-426-3700, and if that line is busy, call 847-426-3701. The staff is great, friendly and accommodating, and they DO NOT believe in sneaky business practices.

Tried again. Order process was much smoother, may have been a bad day the first time. Food is still good, delivery speed was also great. This is now a go to spot for us. Great wings too!

Dennis has employees that he keeps for 8 to 10 hours working with no breaks!! That is awful!! No one should have to work for someone that doesn't treat their employees fair!! Especially the young kids he takes advantage of them!! He is an wful person to work for!!

Food was great! Ordered Calzone carry-out. Online menu stated $11.00 per calzone plus $1.50 per ingredient. After picking up the food, prices were $14.00 per Calzone and they charged me a $2.95 surcharge for using my credit card which I was never informed of on the phone while ordering. Kind of reminded me of buying cheap beer from a corner liquor store. If I had known all of this I would have maybe went somewhere else based on principal.

This is our home town bar and I am so happy it is. The food portions are huge the quality is very very good. Their service is always on point with a huge bar and great drink selection.

We stopped in here based on a recommendation from a friend of my mother-in-law. That said, my wife, MIL and I had an hour reserved for dinner before we needed to be on the road to get to St.Charles for a concert. So we decided to try this place. We were reluctant because we know how restaurants are on Friday nights and how packed they can be. We thought we were lucky because there was no wait and we were seated immediately. After briefly looking at the menu, we told the waitress we wanted to order quickly because we had to eat and run. So we ordered basically within the first 5-10 minutes after sitting down. We received the drinks and soup in another five minutes or so. However one hour later no food. We asked the waitress a couple times of we were close to being served since we saw a couple other families come in after us get served. Needless to say, she posted blame on the kitchen. So we asked for our food to be boxed up to go as we had to leave and we didn’t want to be late for a concert. A day later my food is still in the fridge untouched and if not for dinner plans today I’d probably eat it tonight. However I wanted dinner list last night. The waitress was relatively nice but I will not go back there and I would caution you to attend this place on a Friday night. Extremely disappointing.

Ordered a burger, was okay… but the chicken fingers and onion rings were not good at all. Chicken tasted very dry, like out of a box, very little flavor and onion rings very chewy and just didn’t seem right. Then there’s the taco salad. Now one would think a TACO SALAD would have some sort of TACO meat or ground beef in it. No, the manager at Randall Roadhouse considers a taco salad to be lettuce, tomato, and about 80 olives. Incredibly disappointing.

If you're looking for a severe disappointment, order from Randall Roadhouse. A culinary and customer service nightmare, centrally located on Randall Rd between Algonquin and Elgin. Having been a customer for at least 10 years, I'm sad to say I've officially moved on to other dining facilities. Although we're in a Biden economy with record inflation, the prices here are a little too high for the liking of your average middle class family. But as a loyal customer I decided to order to support a favorite local business. What a mistake. Ordered a burger, was okay... but the chicken fingers and onion rings were not good at all. Chicken tasted very dry, like out of a box, very little flavor and onion rings very chewy and just didn't seem right. Fries smelt like dirty stale socks and Then there's the taco salad. Now one would think a TACO SALAD would have some sort of TACO meat or ground beef in it. No, the manager at Randall Roadhouse considers a taco salad to be lettuce, tomato, and about 80 sporadic olives. Incredibly disappointing.

Nice place to watch a game. Called ahead and was told there was no wait, got there and was told 40 mins and the place was half full. Told them I had just called ahead and was told there was no wait and then they sat us. Bizarre! But after that it was a decent bar food experience.

This bar/restaurant has a great atmosphere! Nice TV's if your favorite game is on, a good staff, and some real gems on the menu. This place has earned its name in that it is everything you would think a bar/restaurant that goes by the name "Roadhouse" would have! Very impressed and I think this will be on my list of places that I frequent!
