I want to like this location but they never have the featured holiday flavors in stock. Clearly some manager isn't ordering enough of it so why can't they order more each order? It's an "automatic order" thing is why they've told me but sounds like an excuse to not put the extra work into ordering more of the flavor that is selling out. Staff are friendly most of the time. The staff is super friendly but they’re always out of stuff to make drinks or food items. You’d think after 1 week, they’d gotten a shipment in and be able to make the drink I get. It’s such a shame as the staff is amazing.

I place a mobile order on the way to work and it is always ready for me and tastes great. They always say hello. One time I was having a really bad day and I spilled my drink. The manager not only insisted on cleaning it up for me but also comforted me because I was clearly stressed. They are so kind!
