Wow. Desiccated, unsalted French fries. Overcooked, dry burger. Watered down soda. Honestly, it was all terrible. Did I mention we waited over 15 minutes for this "delicious" meal? One family waiting in line just gave up and left. I overheard the family at the table next to ours complaining that the Baconator they ordered came without any bacon - not surprised. We will not be returning to this location again. (Selecting dine in, even though the food took so long to be served that we had to take it to go.)

We often come here when craving for a burger. The double Dave's medium combo is very filling. Some cashiers are friendly and others not so much. The restaurant was recently remodeled and looks expectacular, very modern. Good place to bring your hungry kids for a fast and tasty meal.

Ordered DoorDash, spent $30 on two breakfast meals and they sent us a sandwhich with literally just a bun. I called and asked them about it and they said we ordered it like that. Even if the DoorDash app said that, even though I checked my receipt and it said everything on it, not the DoorDash driver or the restaurant took the two minutes to call and verify. I called the manager and she said I could take time to come there just so she could prove me wrong and see the receipt but didn’t offer a replacement. The reason I ordered DoorDash was so I didn’t have to go out. No thanks. Thankfully DoorDash gave me my credit.

I don’t usually give reviews for fast food places. I started going to this Wendy’s about a year ago because it’s open later than the location closer to my house and I think this will be the only Wendy’s I will ever order from. Food is always amazing. Service is always great and quick. Just had a bad experience at the location in Carpentersville on Randall road and it wasn’t the first time either. I’m constantly disappointed when I order at that location. So I was motivated to write a positive review for this location so that they keep up the good work.
