This place lived up to the hype. The ice is so smooth and finely shaved. Tons of flavor choices. Definitely recommend ice cream in the bottom. We visited more than once during our stay.
We are new to the Hawaiian shave ice and were a little skeptical of what made it so amazing. This was amazing!!!! We got the shave ice with ice cream (the macadamia nut is spectacular) and absolutely loved the flavors they offered. Customer service is so friendly and there are cute little tables to sit at and eat.

Absolutely delicious! Our family enjoyed multiple visits during our stay in Kapalua Bay. The line was long at times but I appreciate that the staff took their time with each order. Highly recommend.
