I pride myself for being an avid pizza lover and Connoisseur of great pizza. I've had ALOT of different pizzas in Southern Illinois and up until now I though it was only Casey's pizza that had the goods out here, THEN I tried Joe's Pizza and Pasta. Our server was Kailee. We had all you can eat spaghetti and baked penne. Both dishes were excellent. All you can eat was unnecessary as one serving was more than plenty.The striking thing to notice is how clean this place is. No staff is standing around at all. Everyone is doing something and it SHOWS. The bathrooms are even spotless. We will definitely eat here again. Good management here and or ownership. I’ve never seen a place so incredibly clean

If you like sweet sauce you will like their pasta and pizzas. I an a big fan of their pizzas. Their deep dish and stuffed crustbpizza don't disappoint. I recommend getting shrimp and pepperoni on your pizza. The cheese pizza sticks make a great appetizer and if you get a salad get the house made creamy italian dressing!
