This is a wonderful location. Greeted by friendly staff every time who help me decide on the next tasty masterpiece and we get our food so quick. This is my fiance's favorite place to get lunch and it's always a hit with us.

Ridiculous excuse for a business. I placed an order online and showed up twenty minutes after the time it said it was ready for pickup, only I couldn’t enter the building because the staff locked the doors because they felt the small amount of dine-in business they had at the moment was too overwhelming. I tell you this job is not so hard to handle ten people with a three person staff. I embarrassed myself rattling the doors in the pouring rain, knocking on the window only to be ignored by every person in there like it was some twilight zone scene. I had to call through multiple people to get a hold of someone in the store to come open the door and let me in. They hadn’t even started my order, I waited 20 more minutes they still hadn’t started my order and were more concerned with doing orders for people who had arrived well after my order should have already been done. Do not waste your time, the staff is incompetent, the kind of people who spin around in circles confused on how to do the next simple task they need to do to deal with a rush of business. I’ve worked in many busy kitchen environments, I tell you this paint by numbers easy assemble pizza shouldn’t be such an easily overwhelmed environment and yet it isEDIT: after being told my money refunded it never was. I was emailed by their manager once with some pithy excuse. I emailed back again for three days in a row asking for my refund only to be ignored still. I had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card company. Is this how they make amends by making more work for a dissatisfied customer? Incompetence at its finest.

Blaze pizza you would expect it to be fast but not so much. New kid that was "getting trained" looked like a whipped dog. People making your pizza bickering and super slow to the girl checking you out and cooking the pizza that had no personality and made it seem like you were being a burden. At least the pizza was hot and good.....

Order simple pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 sausage pepperoni. I wanted onions but they said they were out. Hard to believe a pizza place is out of onions. Then when pizza showed up it was all sausage pepperoni. Not only that they didn't even slice the pizza. We had to RIP it apart since we were at a hotel and no knives. When I called all I got was the call center when they contacted me to the store they drop the call. 4 times. Never got thought. So I'm stuck with this thing. Not to mention it was one on the worst tasting pizzas I ever ate. Go to dominos I know I will

Ordered online and picked up my pizza, everything was done on time, and the pizza itself looked and tasted amazing. The woman working the counter was friendly and I was in and out in seconds. Definitely will buy from here again!

Always have had really good experiences and good pizza here. The most recent time Grace made our pizza and she did such a great job She took her time to make sure it was perfect with lots of toppings. The pizzas tasted and looked so good.
We came here for pizza on a Friday night. We were really hoping to get some great pizza. However, we were met with staff that did not greet us and were cleaning up at 8:30pm. They close at 10:00 PM. After a few moments, a staff member came over to inform us that they were out of cheese. Out of cheese on a Friday!! Bad experience!

This is my second order from this place. First ordered was delayed 20 minutes and the pizza was not great. I gave benefit of doubt and tried 2nd time. I kept waiting at store for my online order. They told me it is getting ready. I see people behind me were picking their order. When I asked again, they said your order never got printed and never apologized for mix up. Had to wait for another 20 minutes. Wasted 45 minutes of my time just waiting. What a terrible customer service, sad.

Ordered online a pizza with a specialty crust. They called and said they don't have the crust and they asked if I wanted a refund or different crust. I wanted a refund because I paid extra for the crust, was told they can't do refund because manager is not there. This was 3 days ago. My credit card got charged anyways and no refund whatsoever. Have to call or visit to try to figure things out. Make things difficult for the customer for something you guys lacked. Great. May edit if I actually get a refund a bit easier.

I couldn't wait to try this pizza!! I gave a 3 stars only because they carry non dairy cheese. I ordered 3 toppings, green pepper, red onion, and mushrooms. As you can see in the pictures they extremely stingy with toppings. A few slices had one topping per slice. Some slices didn't have all three toppings on them. We actually had to cut the pizza ourselves. Crust was a little burnt.

Build your own pizza was great, short staffed (as expected) but friendly and helpful. Place was very cold to try to eat your pizza inside. All patrons were wearing their coats while eating. I'm sure the team was warm near the pizza oven.
