Food was great. Bathrooms were rough and no soap. Told waiter in the beginning there were 2 separate checks. He put it all on one and since the kiosk can only split half not by item we asked for a paper copy for two separate orders. He came back with a paper copy for one entire order which proved he wasn't even paying attention to our issue. Two teas were forgotten about until the third person we raised the issue with stopped sweeping the floor and was nice enough to bring them out. Obviously wasn't her job but we were thirsty and should have drinks before food. There were a few more people than normal at the time but not many separate tables. Service we received was unexpected and hopefully won't be repeated.

At best it should be negative 3000 stars. This establishment will not be open much longer. There's no way it can continue to operate with service this horribly bad. Do yourself and anyone you care for a favor and please tell them to never ever go here. Atrocious.

Had a late lunch at Chili’s today. Our service was great! Our waitress Chloe was very sweet and attentive! My Mushroom Swiss Burger was AMAZING and my kids all enjoyed their meals, not leaving a crumb!

The fajitas we ordered was lacking in flavor. It tasted significantly different than I have ever had at Chilli's. It was still good just not as good as it has been in the past. What made up for it was our waitress. She was very, very good!
