Took my daughter there for Ice cream and it tasted terrible I asked them to replace it but they did not offer to place it for free so I had to buy another one i do beleive they can improve on customer service.

Although this DQ is right down the street from me, I will literally drive all the way across town to a different one. Every time I go to this location, all of the staff (especially the one at the window) is extremely rude, and act like they are doing you a favor, despite you supporting their business. One time, after purchasing an item that I didn’t receive, I had to keep going back and forth with the girl at the window before she would give it to me. Horrible attitudes and service!

We've been going to this DQ for awhile now since we live in Mahomet and the one there is closed. At first it was absolutely wonderful staff was friendly and helpful but over the months its changed and I've seen the same staff there all the time. Well tonight went to get a few blizzards for the night, get to the speaker and waited a minute or two ok fine, I honestly will wait if food is good and staff is friendly, however that was not the case. There was a young lady that started taking my order then told me to wait again, when she came back to the speaker i had to repeat what I'd just told her. At the window I don't know if it was the same girl or not but she was very rude and had an attitude, she snatched my card out of my hand and continuously banged the window open against the outside wall. She went to hand me the first of the blizzards and i asked if i could have a drink carrier since there were four blizzards and had to drive back to Mahomet to this she rolled her eyes and sorta slammed the blizzard on the counter to get a lid. I noticed the young man inside also being rough with our other blizzards and jamming them in the carrier. Overall not happy.

The ONLY DQ in CU NOT owned by Patel who only use lowest tier quality meat allowed, friendly staff. Also now where foreign owned Greyhound drop you off, so...avoid Greyhound unless you have a RIDE, OR WALK 7 MILES HOME LIKE THEY MADE ME!
