The cashier helped me to place a general medium latte, which costs about 9 dollar with taxes. It is more expensive than Starbucks. The general latte was over-sweetened. May cause diabetes.

I ordered an ice coffee with oat milk and they told me they did not have oat milk so they used cream. I clearly told them I could not drink dairy because I’m lactose intolerant but they continued to give it to me without remaking it with an alternative milk. The cold foam was also not cold foam but they just used whipped cream. On top of that, I got sick from drinking dairy.

I start my morning early and this location is always stocked up and fast with my orders I recommend a lot more early birds to come to this location

I just got a matcha from this location and barely any of the matcha powder was even mixed into the drink. i was one of 2 customers so the excuse that they’re busy doesn’t cut it. if i’m paying $6 for a drink that’s just milk and powder, i expect it to be done a little better. i’ve included a picture of how it looked AFTER stirring for a while

Very bad experience at this location. I went in to buy the new pumpkin spice latte. When I enter this location it was one worker helping people through the drive up window. The one other lady was on the phone laughing and talking loud. No greeting when I enter restaurant. Another customer come in and we are just waiting to be helped. The worker on the phone went to the other side of the store and continued talking and laughing on the phone. When she was finished with her phone call she attempted to take my order but could not understand English very well. That’s totally fine I understand. Another worker come in the restaurant attempted to ask me what I needed. I asked him about the pumpkin spice latte. He went to fix ice cream so I thought he was waiting on someone else. When he was done he said is this all you order. I said I never order ice cream I am trying to order coffee. He said you asked for Jamocha almond fudge. At this point I am totally done because he did not understand what I was ordering and made ice cream. He was upset when I told him I only wanted coffee. I was exhausted at this time trying to make them understand. I usually go to this restaurant and order coffee every other day. I never encountered this with the workers in the morning. Very bad experience.
