The entire staff is simply amazing they're genuinely kind & concerned about there customers wants & needs. They provide great service by actually having a waiter or waitress bring your food to your table. Today my partner and I came for lunch. We were behind a young woman who clearly was disabled. The lady ordered the Alfredo and the front counter worker, Zachery B asked her if she wanted the lunch special for $7.99. She asked what that meant and he explained it to her. You pick 2 smaller portions and a drink. She replied no, she just wanted the Alfredo.(again it was obvious she was mentally handicapped ) He in a very condescending way said , “I just want to make it clear, you want to spend $8.99 on just Alfredo vs getting the lunch special for $7.99?!” She seemed confused and finally said ok I’ll do the lunch special. I did not like how he spoke to her. It was rude and condescending Now it’s our turn to order. I got the lunch special and picked the side salad and a baked lasagna like I always order. When I told Zachery that I wanted the lasagna baked he said “ that’s not a thing! We don’t do that” I told him it’s always what I order and they do it with a $1 charge. He argued with me and said “we don’t even have a. Way to put that in!” Then he said “when do you normally come here?” It felt like he was challenging my word and the truth. I said I come about monthly for lunch and always have ordered this. He then said”I work every day for the last month and I’ve never seen you!” Literally question if I’ve ever order this before. I probably visit once a month. I also have never seen him prior. But it is what I’ve always ordered. It was so strange that my partner and I just looked at each other and clearly with our face expressions thought this has to be a joke! But he wasn’t! So I again told him ok, but this is what we all order and it’s never been an issue before. I know it cost more and that’s fine. He said there is not such up charge. But then 10 seconds later let us know he figured it out. Great, he places the order the entire time mumbling how this isn’t a thing and how he is having to force the system to do it. Made us very uncomfortable. My partner ordered the lunch special as well with the Alfredo and also with the baked lasagna. Looking at the recipe, you can see we were over charged for a sm drink and our 2 orders were different- I understand the upcharge for the the “baked” lasagna. We accept and wanted it. But what we were charged was incorrect. The food was fine, and what we expected for Fazolis . The interaction with Zachery however was beyond odd and off putting. Like for real, it’s a dollar upcharge that we get every time we come and are fine with it. It was just uncomfortable seeing how he spoke to both the lady infront of us and then us. I hope management retrains Zach and helps him grow to his potential. It was not a good visit.

This Italian place is one of the best out there. Thier bread sticks are amazing!! They do have more Americanized Italian fare than Olive Garden but the taste is just as good!Dietary restrictions: Be ause so many of thier dishes have pasta and/or cheese it is very hard to fund things that are gluten free/dairy free. Not a great place for those restrictions.Kid-friendliness: Feels like a fast food joint in the open and friendly atmosphere. Kids and familys all over. The kid menu has some paste or pizza options.Wheelchair accessibility: Building is one level with lowered curbs and handicapped parking out front. Bathrooms are also wheelchair accessible.

The food is good even if they don't get the order correct. The staff has always acts kinda short, uninterested and annoyed. (They are probably under paid) -That's not a good excuse though. Ive only ever done drive through at this location.

Man, this is bull. We haven't been to a fazolis for least 17 years. But my kids wanted to try . Took 30 minutes for the order, and prices were to high dorm that quality of food . And we didn't even get our whole other. They forgot my wife's food, and she ordered my daughters was complete. I was fine with mine.. bit the hidden charges for sauce we never received. We regret spending our time & money . If we was already on the highway heading back to Indiana before, we actually seen the missing orders as well as missing food from the orders we received.l They told us to come back, and they'll replace the order
