I tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and it exceeded my expectations! The variety of ingredients and quality of the food was exceptional. I had a build your own bowl with spring mix, quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli, chickpea salad, roasted tofu, hummus, croutons, sourdough bread, and avocado green goddess dressing. I am so excited to have a new restaurant to go to that can accommodate my dietary restrictions (no meat, little dairy, limited FODMAP foods).Vegetarian options: They had tofu as a protein option and TONS of vegetable and grain options.

The online menu on UberEats labeled what dressings contained dairy, which was extra helpful for knowing what to choose with food allergies.Dietary restrictions: Most of their dressings are vegan (dairy free), plus you can build your own bowl or salad to avoid personal allergens.

I was initially skeptical of this restaurant given how it seemed like it was specifically catered towards vegetarians from the outside. However I realized that these misgivings were wrong. The server was amazing and guided me through the ordering process, and their salsa tastes AMAZING. Their rice, beans, sweet potatoes, corn, etc are incredibly fresh and taste very different than if I were to prepare those foods at home. While the chicken did cost an extra 3 dollars to add, the total price of my bowl was still not very expensive, and they gave me a sizable portion!

The food was great! Delicious, in fact. I ordered the power bowl and added chicken. Fresh ingredients and very flavorful. The only complaint I had was it was very cold inside the restaurant. Actually felt like the air conditioning was on, when it was in the high 20's outside.
