I ordered delivery, and they wrote on receipt “replaced with what’s available” and just gave me a box of random cookies instead of the ones I picked. I ordered 9 chocolate chip cookies and 3 double chocolate chip and instead got 7 double chocolate, 2 chocolate chip, 1 m&m, 2 snickerdoodle. Way too expensive to not even get my order right.

I think this is my first 1 Star ?I got to this location in the evening and there was one person waiting in line. I thought maybe an employee was in the back getting his order, but the employees were nowhere to be found. It turns out he hadn’t even ordered yet and had been waiting quite some time. Then, we saw one employee rush in and to the back, never to be seen again. The place had boxes of milk and whatnot lying around and just didn’t look good at all. After some time, the man in line called to the back to see if anyone was there. Someone eventually came up to the front and took his order. She was nice and got his order and then got the order of my friend I was there with. I was maybe going to buy something, but the prices just weren’t worth it so my friend and I just left.

It's a small cookie shop at the corner. Might be a good place to go if you're hungry at night and want something sweet, or for parties; while the taste was not so impressive.

Do not order online from this franchise! My online order was delayed an hour after the requested pick-up time, which meant I had to go to the store, wait 25 minutes for someone to tell me they haven't started baking yet, and then go home only to return 20 minutes later. This is unacceptable service and the employees did not seem to care at all that they were doing horribly at their job. One employee told me that they did not know when the cookies would be done. Who is supposed to know then? There was a huge line building up while the employees were doing who-knows-what in the back with no one bothering to take their orders. To top it all off, when I got my actual cookies, they were not sorted properly in the boxes as ordered, one of the cookies was wrong, and they were cold. With such egregious service, I do not plan on spending any more absurd amounts of money on mediocre cookies.

I utilized insomnia cookies for my daughters birthday. They had amazing customer and the delivery went smoothly. More importantly, the cookies were outstanding!

I recently visited the cafe with friends, and during our first visit, the cashier rudely told me to keep it low when i was laughing with my friends.Today, around 12 AM, I ordered a brookie with ice cream, but upon trying it in the car, I found the brookie to be extremely stale. When I brought it back, the cashier, Linsy, insisted the ice cream caused the staleness and refused a refund due to my use of Apple Pay. She suggested a new one after a 15-minute wait. I'm disappointed with the handling of the situation and hope the management addresses these concerns for better customer experiences.

I order a few times a year, but not necessarily a regular, so I have a bit of data to go off of. If you want your order (closer to) on time and not missing anything, make sure to pick up your order!!My recommendation: Get a Deluxe SMores cookie.Parking: One way street and if you can't park on the meters you're kind of screwed. It will take a while to turn around and get back on the street.Wheelchair accessibility: There is none

I have been there now twice in the morning and didn't realize I was there too early. Went today (Oct 3) at 11:30 as they are not open till 11, and they weren't open. I'm trying to buy a dozen cookies to take to an Amish family as a thank you. But Insomnia is making it damned near impossible to buy their cookies anytime during normal work hours.
Extremely slow. They seem to have only one driver for the entire two cities. If you try to call, you are directed to a robo call center.

As in Pulp Fiction when Vincent says "I want to see what a $5 milkshake tastes like" I said the same thing about a $4.50 cookie. Pretty darn good cookies and worth the price.
