Placed order for 11 AM pickup because app wouldn't allow me to place for 10:30 even though they opened at ten. Order wasn't ready until 11:20. They appeared to have large pre orders to fill. I just chose a bad day I guess. People were nice, manager gave me a free soda for waiting. Pizza could've been more liberally cheesed IMO but it was tasty enough.

Ordered a delivery order— not all my items were actually delivered. I called the store to let them know, and their solution was to send another driver with the missing items. One hour later, no one had shown up, so I called again. I was told I would have to wait on hold for the manager to get a refund for those items. After over 12 minutes on hold I hung up because it wasn’t worth it.

Pizza's great, delivery is HORRENDOUS. This is my second time ordering from them, and it's been late by 20-60 minutes each time. Please do a better job of notifying your customers if there's a delay, folks. We just want to eat dinner.

I ordered a ham and cheese deli boat and there was literally hardly any ham or cheese, I called and they said sorry a new person made it and they didn't know how to make it and they were busy...that's it...so I love this item and it is usually full of ham and cheese...so I'll give them more chances because it's a great sandwich but I'll ask for some ham next time...reviews are helpful and this is normally a good location right off campus, cheers J O'L

If I could give them a zero, I would have done it for sure. This is the third time I've placed an order, and they've been late by more than 15 minutes. When I called them to inquire about my order that was supposed to be here 15 minutes ago, they simply said they were sorry and hung up without allowing me to explain further. This behavior is really rude and unacceptable!

Crust was very hard and overdone even for a deep dish. Pizza was also cold. Upon reading other reviews I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I used to order from this place until they started taking forever to deliver.This happened multiple times and I called them, but they hung up on me and the food got here 35 minutes after its estimated time. The same thing happened to my friend.Truly unprofessional.Will not order again.

ordered online an hour in advance and still waited 15 minutes at pick up. good (buttery) outer crust but center still a dougy ( I know it's tough with thick crust). nice spicy sausage but the sauce was a bit bland. we added a little garlic salt and oregano to build the flavor. probably won't be back but wouldn't turn it down if someone is buying . JJP

It took them a whole hour for two slices of pizza after I was quoted 15 minutes. I came to pick up my order and was told it would an addition 5 minutes at the 30 minute mark. Gave them an addition 15 minutes and was told again to wait for two slices of pizza. Trash
