I just wanted a pizza. The guy up front was so Incompetent. that he assumed I wanted garlic butter on my pizza when i said butter. Then had the audacity to tell me I ordered it that way. I literally hate garlic. Telling someone they ordered there food with the one thing on it they can't eat has got to be the dumbest thing iv herd this year. And believe me this year has been full of them. So I spent almost $30 on somthing that I can't eat. As far as I'm concerned you stole my money!! Can't even take responsibility for you mess up. I guess I'm not surprised. Oh well, I won't be back.

Horrible service tonight. Ordered an Italian boat for my wife tonight and there was no Italian dressing so she opened it up and barely anything inside. Paying these prices for just bread is ridiculous. The other side was even worse. While there no one was answering the phone. I had ordered 35 mins prior to showing up and I was just told I "have to wait" for my order but no time frame was given. Ended up waiting another 15 mins. This is the second time service has been like this. There won't be a third.

The food itself is amazing! It’s probably the best deep-dish pizza in town. NY style I also think is good! Don’t try eating in though as there isn’t much seating. Good service, and parking, I highly recommend!
Avoid this place like the plague. First, they had a promotion of texting your order and saving money versus ordering online/in person. So I texted my order and after they charged me for it, I got a text shortly after saying, “the price went up, we’ve changed your order to reflect that.” Like what?!Then, my ETA for my order was around 30-45 minutes. Almost 1.25-1.5 hours later I give them a call asking where my order is and they have no idea. The man states he will start remaking it and as soon as I get off the phone with him, a guy shows up to my door. I ordered a well done crust and the crust tasted like gum- chewy and cold. Crust was as if barely cooked. Pizza was absolutely cold and did not even taste good. You work hard for your money and deserve to enjoy good quality hassle free pizza. This is NOT your place.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.every time we order from here it's awful. We placed an order at 5:17pm, called at 7pm to ask where our pizza was, was told it was out for delivery, called at 8pm to ask again and was told they have no clue where our pizzas were because the order just entered their system.....the manager hung up on us, no apologies.
Ordered combo pizza deal at 5:32 on 12/2/23 online,it said 6:44pm delivery.Called at 6:55 have order # 104 to male employee he said hold on and was hung up on(maybe by mistake) called back and a female employee said it hadn't been made yet @ 6:57pm placed order#104 at 5:32 employee said it would be awhile cause they only have 2 delivery drivers.put on hold again employee came back on phone to say hold on again at 7:01 so i hung up called back to cancel order#104 at 7:03This is the 2nd time this jets(Springfield ave.champaign IL ) has not had drivers to deliver pizza,Why isn't Owners and MGMT jumping in to relieve burden and attempt to show customers they and store are the best pizza place? So tired of Owners and MGMT of any Business Not helping the business and employees to make it run smoother,it's no surprise at this location cause I use to go pick up my pizza's(Xtra leg deep dish) at this location and a short mean rude heavy woman would get irritated for sitting inside for pizza.I hope the owners wake up and work the store more or let someone else that wants to Own and Work the business buy you out
