I always go to this location and I live in Urbana. They’re always friendly, the ingredients are fresh, and the store is also clean- including their bathrooms. Today they made my week!I will continue to go to this JJ exclusively for my sandwiches! TY :)

Food still great. Service is nothing like it used to on Springfield Ave. Not friendly. Often not well staffed and they are on their cell phones a lot while making sandwiches.

Soooo my order got jacked up for delivery. I called the store. The manager said there's nothing she could do for me because it was door dash. Door dash says it wasn't their delivery. Somebody got a tip. I got shorted on my food. The manager was a flippy mouthed little thing too...sooo I'm not sure who to believe but I'm definitely leaving a review for others to see. If your order gets jacked up, your definitely going to have to go to the store and be a Karen or eat the money and deal with it....the blame game is real with these kids working here... because no one will fix it because it's everyone else's fault.

I usually have a good experience here but today one of the employees decided I don't know enough to order a sandwich correctly and condescendingly told me what my order should have been embarrassing me in front of other customers and staff. Not an experience I'll be forgetting anytime soon.

This is the best JJ in town. We come so often the team recognizes us (and our usual orders). And their customer service is wonderful. I made a mistake ordering once, me, it was all me not the staff.I went up to the counter and explained that I had meant to order something else, they immediately made me a fresh sandwich and told me not to worry about the extra sandwich.Customer service is hard to find, especially in Champaign. Not only does this team understand the assignment, they excel at it!

My daughter and I stopped by to grab dinner. At the end of the counter, the worker silently handed my daughter a bag. We assumed it was ours since no one was standing around us. We get home. Not our food. I go back and he’s immediately confrontational. Telling me that he told me what the order was and I took it anyway. I said I wasn’t there to point fingers, just needed to exchange my ordered. He kept insisting he told me the order . I told him I was there and he didn’t say anything but that didn’t matter. I just wanted grab my order . And he YELLS AT ME on my way “NEXT TIME YOU JUST NEED TO LISTEN BETTER!” I brought the food to my car and went back in to get the managers contact info and that’s when I overheard all the employees laughing at the situation. I just left at that point. The terrible customer service isn’t worth the food.

There was only one person working at 6 pm when we went in. There was a line of 6 to 8 patrons and she took all our orders then began making our sandwiches all at the same time like an assembly line instead of making one at a time. Took forever to get our food. I have never experienced this at a JJs before and hoping it was a freak accident where some staff didn't make it in.

I just got cutt off in the parking lot by a black chicken driving a gold car that works there...driving way too fast

They charged my credit card for food that was never delivered. I called them on 3 separate occasions to resolve it, yet the charge remains on my card 2 weeks later.

This time it took 5mins for two sandwichs, Slim2 & Slim3......not hard! oh yeah and they forgot the cheese......I think I'll make my own at home. Freaky slow should be the slogan!
