The service was fine the waiters were very kind, had gone there once before and it took over 30 minutes to get out food and it was not busy, it was okay as we where given a discount on our bill. This time I can and ordered the Jy's grilled cheese, it came out fast but the bacon was very under cooked and gave me food poisoning. When I mentioned it to the server she said I'm sorry and asked if we wanted a to go box. Didn't seem to care that the food was under cooked and did not offer to bring out a new plate or give a discount even though I had thrown up!

Have dined here 3 times while in CU and have enjoyed the food and experience each time!

Service was good. Clean but boring ambience. Plenty of parking and some outside tables which is nice. But the food just wasn't hitting. Everything sounds great until you try it. Bland, done incorrectly, cheap ingredients, some items were strangely greasy-on items that shouldn't be greasy. It's too bad the quality of the food isn't better because the location could use a great breakfast spot.

Great breakfast burrito & coffee! Very friendly and attentive staff! Wasn't busy when I visited on a Thursday, but will go again.

Average at best, friendly service but forgetful one of the orders weren't available & didn't find out till 1 minute before the rest of the order came out to the table, so he ended up going home hungry

The food is nothing special, service is OK, prices are high. While this can be said of some restaurants in any community, things will never improve unless reviewers start calling them out. Too many reviews are either one or five stars.

My family tried J.Y. for the first time this morning. Had breakfast there. Where do I begin? The service and the food, if you want to call it that, were awful. Asked for water with lemon. Never got a lemon. Seems to be an epidemic at every restaurant anymore. For some reason it's difficult for servers to remember, I guess. Not a big deal. The water tasted like horrible tap water. Requested an orange juice instead, never got it BUT $4.50 for it was on the ticket. Not surprising. The server never asked if we needed anything the whole time and they weren't even busy. She never asked if everything was ok. The only question she asked is if it was all on one check, then brought the bill. As for the meal, the French toast I ordered consisted of all the heels they had left I'm guessing. The hash browns we all got were more like shoestring fries or something. Very hard and messy and of course. One of us didn't get a ketchup cup with them but others did. The bacon was tough, and the egg whites were under done. Overall, it was a horrible experience, the food was disgusting, and we will not return. I wish these restaurant managers and servers would do self-evaluations of their eateries. Would they like loud music playing? Would they like not getting extra napkins? Would they like to sit at wet, dirty, or sticky tables? Would they like to be asked if they want refills? JUST BRING THEM!!! How hard is it to do this stuff? It isn't rocket science. It's things everyone wants when they go out to eat.

Food was great. I had breakfast burrito and my wife had the biscuits and gravy, great brown gravy. Service was very attentive without being bothersome. Ambiance is relaxed and very clean. Very laid back and smart design of dining areas. Would highly recommend.

Phenomenal breakfast/brunch place! The option for brunchy cocktails and so many good things on the menu...you need to check this place out!!!

The service was good I will say that. As for the food I had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were hard and the gravy was salty. We had a kids order of French toast with sausage patty. The toast was fine but the patty was only cooked on one side and cold. The ambiance of the location was nice and calming. After everything the total was 40$ with tip and feel cheated.

Decided to try a new place and went in recognizing their may be some hiccups. There were to many that we ended up leaving. Went in and waited at the host stand. We were sat at a booth and requested a table. We were told they would have to check what was available (there were at least 5 open tables) and after several minutes back and forth with different hostesses we were moved to a table. We sat there for a while and we're never greeted by a server or were offered any beverages. After waiting a while we got up and left. The hostesses at the stand didn't even ask if anything was wrong, just watched as we left. Looking at the menu it appears overpriced for what you get and there is limited options.

Dumpster fire is an understatement for this place. Staff is slow and unorganized. Food is mediocre at best and over priced. Many restaurants have come come and gone at this location and I doubt this one will last too.
