Great Pizza but you practically have to put a mortgage on your house to pay for it.Töo pricey and that is why I only get pizza maybe 3 times a year from

Geez. Can someone explain to me the alarming number of 4-5 star reviews for this restaurant? My wife and I ordered Monical’s for the first time this evening and immediately wished we hadn’t. The food is flavorless and very below average. We ordered the tortellini pasta (rubber noodles and bland sauce), garlic breadsticks (tasted no garlic or butter, just bland dough), buffalo wings (soggy and mushy, poor quality wings and buffalo sauce), and a large pepperoni thin crust pizza (flavorless and tough, not crispy crust). All this for $50 (before $4 delivery fee and $10 tip…so, $64 in total). Delivery driver was nice, but the food was awful. The cost certainly does not match the quality. First impression? No desire to ever order from Monical’s again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. There are better places to spend your money.

We had a great meal. The server was really nice. The pizza was amazing and salad was fresh.Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible and parking is close to the door. It was very easy to get in the store in my manual wheelchair.

Terrible service and terrible food for both my husband and I. I got the salad with grilled chicken. The ranch tasted sour, but I didn't get sick. Must be the recipe. Bread sticks had no flavor. I've never seen chicken like that. My husband got lasagna. Thank God he ordered a side of meatballs. No meat and bland. Too bad. Cute place but very disappointed by the food traveling through.

This was probably one of our worst visits. Normally Monicals is great. The food was good but today the service was below average. The waitress was very nice but the service lacked in areas. The plates & bowls all came out wet. We got a family pleaser & upgraded our salad to a chefs salad. The meat wasn't even cut up. It had been sliced but still for the most part whole. Before serving I had to cut it correctly.
