DO NOT ORDER ONLINE with this location. Your order will not show up. Ordered a pizza through the app this morning at 10:30 am. Paid for the order, Springfield location acknowledged my order, but my order never came. When I called their location the automated system said they were closed when their website and storefront say they’re open.

Just awful service I called the guy I can’t even understand him he says the time which is like an hour or some thing I try to see where my order is in the store is closed. They used to be good but not anymore. Don’t bother even coming here.

Ordered online and it was assigned to this location. Took an hour and a half, in the process of delivery the guy calls and says they dont deliver to my area and to call another location. Despite the order beign assigned to them by the website, despite being less than 2 miles away the refused to come and they waited nearly 2 hours and after it was already in route to decide this so even though i ordered by 8 i didnt get a pizza till after 11. Should have gotten dominoes.

Well apparently I need to read more carefully. I placed an order, picked it up and it was not what I expected. I called the store to fix the problem and they would not. Apparently restaurants no longer care about guess satisfaction. We should have just cooked dinner.
