We were staying overnight at local hotel and I ordered a soup, a sandwich and a pickle for delivery as our hotel was out of the way and didn't have too much around it. The soup and sandwich were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely order again the next time I am in the area. I will add that once delivered, I was disappointed to find the pickle was not with my order nor did my soup have the bacon that I ordered added to it. The food was great, but the order was sent out incorrectly.
I get that y'all are trying your best but whoever is in charge of the store really needs to get it together and train the employees better. Bless your hearts sug but this isn't acceptable customer care.
When I entered the store I noticed a long line. I got in it but half way through I realized it was taking WAY too long. So then I started downloading and trying to place a pick up order on the app. I made the mistake of leaving the line, thinking I can just place the order while sitting down.. When I tried to place the app said online orders were mo longer being taken. By then, the line had also become much longer and so I had to wait in line, again.
