“Good upscale bar and grill. Had the hickory burger, but the kitchen did not cook it enough. The burger was still really good. The service was very good. Looks like they have a wonderful large patio for when the weather is warmer. Central location with lots of metered parking that are in force through 9pm and parking garage nearby.Parking: Meters say they are in force through 9PM“
“The bar and main room is beautiful, it's made of recycled and handmade materials from the owner himself. The food was absolutely superb! Our service was also excellent. A friend and I came after work for some food and drinks and though the restaurant was a bit slow that didn't slow down the experience one bit. Our server that served us had a great personality and was rich with knowledge of the place and of drinks of course. Would recommend to anybody!“
“I came in a few months ago with a couple of friends, Craig was super nice and accommodating. When I came in a few nights ago as well, he remembered me and had crafted my preferred drink when it wasn’t common, I’m super impressed by his service and cocktail creations. “Love this bar, small/limited seating inside but a nice patio area in the back and a rooftop area. Music inside isn't too loud, so you can still have a conversation. Great beer prices with a nice variety of choices and just an all-around friendly atmosphere. Best place I've found in Champaign. Highly recommend.“
“Smith Burger definitely has the best burgers in town, don't downplay the hot dogs though either. The chili cheese ripper is super good. Then by adding the beer selection of collective pour to this place it is hard to beat. Because it is on the edge of downtown one might say that the location is limiting, but because of the parking right outside it's a pretty great location too.“
