I ordered cookies and cream, Lemon (With a lemoncurd like drop on top) and Peanut butter cup. All were absolutely rich and decadent. Perfectly packaged. Now disregard photo I ate my peanut butter cupcake right out the box and made a mess. I will take pleasure and trying other flavors.

Love the vegan ice cream option in a waffle bowl- please give more vegan ice cream flavors! My kid loved the Cookies and Cream Cupcake. Customer service was wonderful as well!

I placed an order a week prior and paid in full when ordered and left them my phone number. They were not open the day I was scheduled to pick up my order and NO ONE even called to let me know my order would not be available. They were closed for 3 days thereafter and no one ever reached out to me, nor apologized, NOTHING. Do NOT count on them having anything you pre-order available. Terrible customer service.

Brides Beware!!! My daughter and fiancé were very excited about getting their wedding cake from small cakes. My daughters wedding was October the 30th. The cake was supposed to be delivered on the 29th. We tried calling and no one answered the phone. Finally on the 30th at 10:30am the morning of the wedding someone finally answered the phone. I told her the cake was never delivered. She said “oh you gave us the wrong date, you said the 29th”. I said “yes it’s the 30th. The cake was supposed to be delivered yesterday!” She said “well we are going to have to make that for you”. I told her that the cake needs to be there by noon. Needless to say the cake got there at 2:30. It was leaning, had 3 ribbons around it, and had the flowers my daughter provided. It did not have any embellishments or anything that my daughter and the manager had discussed. My daughter was even shown pictures of what they would do. The Monday after the wedding I started calling. I was put on hold and then hung up on. I was told the owner was in Springfield. I called the Springfield store and the owner was not there. I did speak with the manager there. She assured me that the owners will take care of this. I kept calling and calling. Finally I spoke with the owner he told me that the manager of the store was fired and they just needed time to get staffing figured out but he would definitely call me back. I have not heard a thing back and I have tried calling at least 10 times since then. I guess I’m filing a small claim. They can’t get away with something like this. It’s so sad. Please think twice before doing business with this company. Especially if it’s something as important as a wedding.

Small cakes used to be an amazing place to get awesome decorated cakes that looked and tasted great. But they’ve recently lost the only Cake artist they had capable of doing all the awesome cakes they display on their site and social media. They wouldn’t pay her for weeks and weeks in a row and promised her a bonus she never received. She recently quit due to this and I highly recommend not supporting a business that relies on artist to make money but can’t seem to pay them properly or at all. If you do I’m confident you won’t receive even a fraction of the quality you used to on previous orders.

So happy to see they are hiring new staff! The previous manager obliviously did not care about her customers as the cakes always looked rushed and did not even bother to deliver my friend`s wedding cake on time! Will be trying them again when I need another cake order!

My fiancée and I are shopping wedding cakes, and since we may be serving a variety of cupcakes, we checked them out. We bought 6 different cupcakes, and the only one that impressed us was the wedding cake / icing one; but not for $4 each. All of the others were just plain cake flavors. The cake part was OK, but nothing to write home about.

I paid 215.75 for 50 cupcakes on 9/3/21. I picked them up on 9/11/21 and they weren’t even finished they were just hurrying to get them done as I stood there. Then they looked horrible, sloppy and not cute at all. Never again will I order from this place. They had plenty of time to make these but obviously there customers are not a priority. I could of done a better job, the gal said the frosting would be pink and blue swirl. Very very disappointing especially for that price.
