I never write reviews but I ordered a smoothie at the drive thru 40 minutes before they closed the other night and the dude working was so mad at me for existing lol literally was moving so slow, opened the window and sighed, didn't say one word to me, I handed him my card, he came back and said "declined" in the most condescending way, I gave him cash, he gave me change and his body language was seriously horrible disgusting pathetic. I am 26 and sooooooooooooo empathetic to service workers as I have been there done that my entire life. I understand life is annoying and so is the general public. Apparently this dude was having a horrible day and for some reason thought it was my fault by being a customer at a business that was open for another 40 mins. He was tall and had shaggy hair and was wearing a button up under his uniform. Wouldn't recommend to a friend

Either they are under new management, or have all new staff, but either way this location has gone down hill! The previous staff were friendly and prompt. The new staff is rude, and if you arrive early for your smoothie they demand you park rather than wait in line. This was never an issue with the previous staff. Just let me wait in the line, no one else is in line!

I'm new to the smoothie world but I must say I've had 6 smoothies so far and I've only had 1 bad one and it was at the Orland Park, Illinois smoothie king. The staff at the Champaign location is Always polite and fast& its a nice thick smoothie (not a cup of watery mix) The smoothies are Great there.
Friendly staff, clean store, three very good smoothies.

Visited this Smoothie King in a whim as I had a bad experience before but this was outstanding. Me and my wife stopped in and got an angel food and I received it super quickly!! I don’t know if it’s new management or not but the new employees are outstanding.
