Seems the quality is going down hill. The ham and cheese baguette was greasy and had one slice of ham. I ordered through the app and was already back at work when I noticed. My drink was not made as I ordered and it was not complex. I'll go into harvest market next time where I always receive good service.

Terrible, slow service. Frequent mistakes and delays. Average (at best) friendliness & customer service. Too many other cafes in the city (in the immediate area, even!) to waste your time and money coming here. It’s a Starbucks, and not even a very good one. You’re not going to miss out much by skipping this store.

The person who works at 3:30 on Sat is really rude and no enthusiasm at all. Taste is also little bit waterly. I ordered two drinks online and both of them are chestnut praline things. But he just didn't put cream and topping on them. So I asked him and his reaction is like 'stop bothering me'. I gave him one drink and then he ordered me take the lid off. And he never ask about another drink. He never say sorry as well. What a nice staff member!

Omg be prepared for some portion to be closed whether that be inside or the drive thru CONSTANTLY. They also take so long constantly.
They are usually out of things:(Very unreliable and even randomly closes early sometimes.

My drink was to be made by 1:33pm. I have been sitting in this Cafe since 1:26pm. 15 minutes after my drink was to be made by, I asked about it. The girl said she would look for it, but continued to work on other drinks. Finally 23 minutes after my drink was to be made by, I ask if I can get my money back to go to another location. Someone else stepped in and looked up my drink, claims it was made and someone took it. (I feel like that's wrong because I've been sitting here since before the "made by" time.)Next time I will just use a different location even if I am on this side of town. Because they wasted too much of my time. On the plus side, the girl who stopped what she was doing to look on the tablet for my order and then proceeded to make it, made it correctly. So there's that.
