I've been coming to this Starbucks for a while now and have always had a good experience. Overall, the drink quality is very consistent, and the employees are ALWAYS kind and helpful. On the one occasion there was an issue with my order (ordered a hot tea latte, received a plain hit tea), they fixed it immediately, no questions asked. 10/10 service!

The bacon egg cheese sandwich was good and all but the black coffee was way to bitter and sour other than that the service was good and polite and the atmosphere was

I put one star because this particular Starbucks doesn't usually know how to make frappacinos. By this I mean, many times I have gotten my drinks made incorrectly. Not only that, I have gotten mixed service from the staff. Apparently, 30 minutes before closing, the store won't make frappacinos-not because their machine isn't working, but because they don't want to clean or they want to close earlier. This was confirmed when I went through the drive through. Also, the only reason I went to this Starbucks is because my usual one was closed early. I asked the person very genuinely what time they stop making fraps, just because that's a big part of my order, and I wanted to know for the future. The man at the window said that usually they don't stop making fraps, but tonight...and he trailed off, not answering the question fully. However I know they were not broken because he said they just stop making fraps at a certain time of night-but he couldn't tell me what time. I then told him that I go to a different Starbucks usually but it was randomly closed, and that I was sorry if I came later but it truly wasn't intentional. He basically just nodded and he did say sorry, which I appreciate, but he didn't mean it at all. I know that sounds nitpicky, because he did say the words "I'm sorry" a few times (once at the speaker and twice at the window). But I could tell that when he didn't answer my question, the staff was just wanting to close early. They had 30 minutes until close. I was very nice to him and did not say anything rude, just to note that. When someone is just so insincere, and you know they're not really sorry, it's hard to get past that. I've had a couple of other instances similar to this but I'd rather not detail them (because this is already long). It's all just very disappointing and after I told him that I hadn't had the best time earlier because of the other Starbucks being closed, I truly thought he might ask if there's anything else he can do or maybe show compassion? Like please just make the fraps for me...I was a barista for 4 years and never once did I refuse to make a drink, even if it required the blender and was a minute until closing. It's just lazy. But I held my tongue, because whatever I said wasn't going to make a difference. It's not his job to empathize with me at the end of the day, but I've done my time in retail. Starbucks employees are some of the worst customer service people I have ever come across, and it's not just this one. It's 90% of them. The people there are extremely entitled and I'm so tired of it. Do your job, or tell me how to do it so I can do what you're not wanting to do, let me behind the counter and I'll make my own drinks at this point. I help people for a living and it's a shame to be treated this way, like I'm just a number. And this was from last night, the 26th of February, 2024. Starbucks managers, do you want business? Or would you rather keep your store clean and no one comes to purchase anything? Whoever the manager is, shame on you.

Today I had one of the best teas in a long time at Starbucks, I drink them daily. I congratulate the baristas of the place.

It's a better Starbucks than most! Very pretty! Only issue is that they forgot my order and I stood there for an extra ten minutes for 1 tea. It was also 4 dollars for 1 tea with nothing added...which is kind of bananas.

To all of you complaining about the drive-thru wait times, I have an idea: get out of your car and order INSIDE! Oftentimes, you can find 2-3 employees taking orders at the same time. You can see how many cars are in the drive-thru and figure that it's going to take a while to take each car's order, payment, make your drink &/or food, package your food, hand you your food, and then wait for the car to pull out! For those of you stewing at the drive-thru wait times, you may wish to think about just how unreasonable your expectations and demands are and make some changes to your thinking patterns & life! You CAN become a more patient and better person. I agree with the man who posted that this is the busiest Starbucks - both inside & the drive-thru! I also agree with him that it is the best-managed Starbucks (that I have ever been to) and that their employees are second to none in the industry! They work extremely hard & put in long hours, put up with rude people, have to make ridiculously complicated drinks for some people, and then if they have to close the store at night, have to thoroughly clean everything and vacuum & mop the floors before leaving! How many of you seemingly over-indulged & privileged people could do ALL THAT for the (most likely) $13-14/hour they earn??? I'm 65 years old and have been going to this Starbucks since they opened. I have been to Starbucks all over the U.S. and can state, without a doubt, that THIS Starbucks makes their drinks EXACTLY as Corporate requires! That is not true of every Starbucks I've ever visited. In closing, if you don't want to wait your turn, may I suggest you go to the Starbucks in Campustown.

Had a great time hanging out with my friend and her toddler. The staff didn't mind that we were walking around with him to burn off some energy. A cool, relaxed vibe. Gotta love Starbucks!

Honestly THE slowest starbucks I’ve ever been to. I come here all the time and every single time I come they take forever. Especially in the drive thru. Their line won’t even look that long and you’ll still end up waiting almost 30 minutes EVERY TIME.

The drive thru is ridiculous. Been sitting in line for 20 minutes with about 12 cars in front. Wish there was a way to be able to exit but once you get in line you are stuck.

Shout out to the team for dealing with the insane amount of people in the mornings. Today the lobby was full for an hour straight, everyone was working incredibly hard.
