I see a lot of bad comments from years ago. I’m not sure if it’s under new management or something but they are not accurate up to date.I come here as often as I can to get a cinnamon roll. They’re so delicious the best ones in town I’ve had. I always warm mine first before eating fyi. I love the caramel frappe I highly recommend. I love these cupcakes they’re so good I buy these also every time I go lol

Ordered a strawberry lemonade cake for wife’s birthday. Cake was delicious!! Definitely would recommend bakery. Ordered a cake from hopscotch bakery last year and would never go back. Super dry and flavorless.

Delicious graduation cake made at the last minute. It was just sweet enough with tons of moisture and frosting, yum! This is a strawberry cake with whipped cream in between each layer. Our family really enjoyed it, especially our graduate. Customer service 5 stars! Thank you, The New Sweet Indulgence.

My daughter’s favorite cookies are the sugar cookies that they make. They’re always in fun shapes and are iced. I decided to order some for her whole class since it’s her birthday month. We just went with the seasonal ones so they were Fall themed. Her class loooooved them so much!!!! I wish I had taken a picture, but I was in a hurry and didn’t think about it.

We use to order all the time when we lived here years ago. I ordered over $50 worth of cookies for an Easter party. They were SO hard. It was very disappointing. I messaged the company and heard nothing back as well as called and they took my name and number and didn't bother to call back. Will never order anything from there again.

Absolutely extraordinary customer service. I contacted The New Sweet Indulgence to arrange a last minute surprise for a friend in need of a pick-me-up. Sophie was polite, efficient and professional. But what marked this experience out as extraordinary was the well considered and personal attention. Sophie took the time to understand exactly what my needs were, and then she delivered results that were just this side of perfect. Folks like Sophie transform the mundane experience of shopping into a true joy. She made my day. She made my friend's day. I cannot stop raving about the quality of the customer service I received.
