Absolutely most disgusting place I have ever been. Floors were a greasy fall hazard boxes all over the floor to the bathroom. My son got his hand caught in the door amd we were told the bathrooms at 9 were closed when they are open til 11. If corporate see this you need to make an immediate visit here will NEVER return!!!!!

I spent 20 minutes waiting for my chicken sandwich. When it finally came out wanted to get home and eat so I didn't check the bag, which is on me. My fries were discolored and very hard. They tasted almost sweet and salty which is not what fries should taste like it my opinion. And they forgot the sauce for my chicken sandwich which was also very stiff. So basically everything was inedible. And no one gave me a receipt so I couldn't go back and ask for my money back. The food is better a McDonald's and half the price.

I Love The Fact that They Don't Make Your Fries When You Come In To Pickup Your Order ? Parking: They share the parking lot but they try to move their customers in a timely manner ! They don't rush their customers. They just move Fast and Efficiently!My Go To For Wings ??Wheelchair accessibility: They have 2 parking spots Northeast from the door and it is easy to move around to the door unless non disability card holders keep parking in those spots.The city needs to step up on people parking in the handicapped spots !!!!Walmart is the WORSE and one has security DRIVING Around ALL Day ???

Don't like when I am told to make drinks for my door dash customers when I don't work there I am only suppose to be picking up an order not making drinks. They have attitudes & was asked by an employee "you want me to come from back here toale a door dash drink?

Unfortunately very unprofessional I called this store for weeks about my order asking for a manager and she was all was at Urbana location where there was no phone because that location wasn't open yet I left several messages but she never called back so I was just out of $35 dollars it's been a month now so I'm guessing I'll never hear from just really sad.... So please check your food before you leave the store also I wouldn't get delivery
