I live in Crown Point, IN and didn't realize until I hit submit that it was the Channahon, IL location (over an hour away) that was selected for my order. I immediately called the Channahon store. Karina was amazing, over the top professional and understanding. She redirected me to her manger. Karina must have placed the phone down and I could hear the male manager negatively discussing me. At 6 pm I was told that they don't make pizza, choose from ready-made ones .... I took a pizza with cheese, there was meat under cheese (((stay away from this place if you have allergies you can be taken to the hospital (((
