I was given wrong sandwich. Reported to staff which claimed she had entered right code. I told her I didn’t say she didn’t enter right code I said I got wrong sandwich. Her reply then was “Sorry” I said is that it? And she didn’t respond. I wasn’t asking for it to be free, but I did expect something. Even a free drink coupon, something not nothing.

I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket sanwhich tonight. Was supposed to have mayo- DID NOT HAVE ANY, Goda Cheese- DID NOT HAVE ANY, was cold and dry. Decided to patronize Arby's tonight. WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN for a very long time!Charleston Illinois Arby's 8:45ish

Never get order right every time I come here something is always wrong with my order.
First time getting food from here & food just wasn't the greatest unfortunately. My Coke tasted weird. Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich just wasn't the best. Not enough stuff on it. The Curly Fries were ok. Service at Driveup windows were better than most places I mean they was busy but yet line moved quickly which was great, Staff seemed friendly. Just wish the food was better but being we was from out of town just passing through & needed a quick bite to eat on the go & of course we ate everything just wished it was better.

Food was a mess. Didn't get all of the order at once. The way this establishment is set up inside makes absolutely no sense and causes extreme congestion at the register. Had it not been for the terrible design, everything likely would have been better with this visit.
