Very bland food. The atmosphere is full of loud college kids and it's just a wide open mess. This was where I took my wife on our 1st date nearly 15 years ago. So to come back to a place that's been open that long and experience how far it's declined is just disappointing.

I've eaten Mexican food all over the USA, for about 5 years now! This place is among the best places I've eaten in the USA. Highly recommend!!! Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked rice. The service was top notch from the servers.. truly a hidden gem and must try!!!!!

The best restaurant in town! We love dining in but mostly order take out. Tony is the sweetest man and always makes us feel welcome. Ask about their wings! <3

We stopped by on our way to Chicago for Spring Break! The food, the service, the atmosphere was incredible! We saw on another review that this is the BEST restaurant in Charleston, and after eating here, I can easily say it's one of the BEST places we've ever dined at! The food was so fresh, piping hot, our drinks were filled before they were even half way empty, and we were treated like family! Thank you for taking such great care of our travel weary crew. The experience was top tier! Tony, you have such a special place and we all feel ready for the last leg of our trip, with our bellies and hearts full! Thanks so much, Joe, Hollie, Gloria (the grandma), (The Kids) Gavin, Nevaeh, Hadassah, and the baby Keziah!

Best service in town very fast and friendly. They also don't put any thickener in the queso, so you're actually getting cheese. Plus, no gluten in it!Vegetarian options: Super good at making substitutes to accommodateDietary restrictions: Queso doesn't have Gluten

Best wait staff ever! The food was delicious. Wish I had remembered to get a picture! We had the Nachos Jalisco. Plenty of steak and shrimp. Seasoned well, not to spicy, not too plain.

I usually only carry out and am usually pleased with their food. With several other Mexican restaurants in town to compete with, they do well. My only complaint would be that it's a little overpriced. But the food and service are both decent enough to overlook the extra penny on occasion. I'll be back.

The food was great. I had Pollo Supremas tacos and loved that they had sour cream and tomato on them. What the menu says and what they serve you is sometimes inconsistent, but the food is always really good.I was excited to see they had new booths, but they seemed to be as noisy and unsturdy as the last ones. When you sit down it makes a startling noise. I watched the people around me encounter the same thing. Our table was also very wobbly. They could definitely use a remodel or some small updates.Overall I would still return because the food is good and they have a large menu with unique dishes compared to other Mexican places in the area. They also had a decent amount of options on the children’s menu.Kid-friendliness: Many options on kids menu
