Orders come out VERY slowly. Ordered ahead, still waited almost 20 minutes. Not busy. Food is still mid, but that's what you expect from McDonald's. So no complaints there. Staff is usually friendly.

First off, when we got there this girl is yapping about her crying and instead of asking abt our food she just rambles. Then when she notices us she says “uhmmm dale?” Which isn’t us. Then when I get home my plain Qp has a mountain of onions. Also my bun was burnt so much is was actually hard as a rock, and the whole top bun was stale???

Went to get food. It got taken off the counter. The GM said they couldn't do anything about it- no refund and no food. So i left with nothing but a loss of $7.74. Bad service and extremely disappointed.
someone stole my order off the counter. I asked them where my food was and they checked the cameras to make sure I didn’t take it but then when they saw I didn’t take it, they said there was nothing they could do about it. I payed like $8 and never got my food.
