I ordered Philly Cheese Steak Loaded Tots (without Steak), normal coke and 2 other items and paid through cash. But we end up receiving Tots with steak and Diet Coke in place of normal coke. After reaching home, when I call back, person at counter dint not responded properly and they don’t know how to deal with customers. After great struggle I travelled back and they re-made my order. After one hour they called me back and stating that I dint paid the bill for my order, again it’s was their failure to update the transaction on time.

We order from this place pretty regularly. I don't know what has happened here lately but the restaurant has gone down hill drastically. When you roll up to the takeout window, they have to hear the bell ring because I do, but they ignore you. I waited for someone to acknowledge me to the point I backed up and ran over the cable that makes the bell ring again, again nothing. If you want pizza walk in, just in case you need to say something to get their attention. Service is terrible!!!

They are under staffed. I had to go in tonight to the store after placing a order a hour ago. Their was only one person and I could tell they were stressed out with multiple orders they were trying to take care of. I had tried calling with no answer but going and talking to them and only seeing one person there I explained to them that I just simply wanted my order canceled. They did do that and still gave me my food because after more than a hour at this point it just got done and they just would of had to throw it out if I did not take it. I could see the stress and disappointment in the worker's eyes that he could not make the delivery happen as intended due to having lack of staffing and help. My order and quality was perfect they just need more workers. I would like to ask everyone to remember those workers are people to and they are trying their best and working with what they got.

I like Dominos and thought I would try two things, the Chicken Alfredo Pasta and the Philly Cheese Steak Loaded Tots (no picture).While both were good and met my needs, I was a little disappointed in the portion size of pasta. It was tasty and food but small (see photo).As for the Tots, a new item, I'll probably try a different one the next time even I liked it - and I will say those Tots were the best, with or without the extras.Again, neither should out but both were good.

I don't know what everyone else's issue is with this restaurant, but our pizza was delivered correctly, quickly, tasted great, and looked great. Hopefully they can get more good reviews because I think they deserve them.
