Arrived around 11:30 am .Floors an tables were dirty. No drink lids which is normal for this location. I always have to ask. Staff was friendly. Worked said to trainee, that since I ordered lots of vegs on sandwitch, that she puts just small amounts.

They have no drive thru menu so you can't see what is available. The people don't care to tell you much. Very disappointed with a 27 $ purchase of 2 sandwiches. Definitely will never choose subway again. First impressions are everything to me.

The manager for the Chatham and Springfield locations is completely irresponsible for their stores, every time I have come into the Chatham location there is always one employee doing everything and another doing nothing, many other issues i have noticed over my past few visits include, your employees always seem overworked due to being understaffed, your store always seems like they are constantly missing ingredients or have not taken the time to get them ready, the sitting/eating area seems like it is never cleaned, and for what it's worth the few good employees I have seen are almost certainly not getting paid enough.Whatever changes were made in the past few years have really made your store take a nose dive.

Will never go back. The owner of the Chatham and Springfield IL locations is so greedy that she did away with the paper coupon program. I can buy a below average sandwich for less than $10. Thanks for showing your true colors, I will make sure to spread your new announcement.

If you are unable to fulfill curbside orders, just do not take them. Not good to make customers wait for ever. Waited 25 min plus after checking in using the check in feature. Pick up was supposed to be ready at 1155, showed up and checked in at 1215, got food at 1236

Got a cold cut salad with double meat and the meat was still whole. Just placed on top of the salad. I guess what can you expect from a teenager these days. Bet if it was her own, she would of cut up the meat.

I don't know what her name is but she is blonde with graying long hair and works here. She was sitting in the back lot by the drive through and came up on our car screaming and yelling at us to leave her marriage alone. And just kept yelling incoherently. After pulling around she went inside and turns out she works here. 100% avoid this place you can't guarantee your own safety of yourself or food.Side note. No clue what marriage she is talking about.

Terrible. I ordered 2 sandwiches. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. I ordered provolone cheese with vinegar and oil. I got no cheese , no oil and no vinegar. Instead I got green pepper and onion. 2nd sandwich was black ham with mayo and provolone cheese which didn't come with it. $28.00 for this. You need to do better.
