Walk in to find the Host / Waitress “Jill” with her face in a bowl of noodles and obviously put off that she needed to get up and attend to a customer. Given a menu and I simply asked “where was the PHO located” on the menu and in a very sarcastic tone told “under soup”. I could see by the look on her face and her terrible customer service just how things would play out if I chose to place any order. My order dine in and the take out I would have ordered would have been well over 200$ Will not return and will advise others not to visit as well. What really confuses me was why she was eating in clear view of customers. She seems to think she’s in her own living room

Sun Thai in Chatham has poor customer service. Their portions have been shrinking and they don’t fill their rice up all the way. We’ve had problems for awhile. Why do we continue to go there? Because the food is great. Tonight, they messed up my daughters entree and there was also a hair in it. This was the last straw. We called and they said they would remake the entree and we had to go back to pick it up. This is an inconvenience . I have 15 mins to eat during my break and we always eat as a family. Obviously this wasn’t going to happen. They made no attempt to give us anything for their mistake. With gas prices thru the roof, we derserve something for their mistake and lack of hygiene or they should deliver it to us. WHen we questioned them, we were told the manager was on vacation and she texted the owner and Sun said don’t give us anything. This is so ridiculous. We eat here once a week. That’s poor customer service. Call them out for every rice container not filled to the top and every portion that is smaller than usual.

Good food, was a little over 20$ a meal with drinks. Service was slow at about 8 at night. Drinks come in a can also.

One and done !!! Walked in and sat at the bar thinking we would have better service given one person waiting tables. We were wrong as the wife received her meal about 10-15 minutes before I received mine. Then the waitress ask if we were done because my wife finished given she started so her food wasn't cold. If that wasn't enough all the employees had their subway sandwiches sitting on the bar. I do not recommend this place for a good Thai meal and service as it is not worth the prices they charge. They were also out of a couple of the draft beers. Enough said .....

Everything ordered for take out was excellent - which isn't always the case for many restaurants. It was all packed up in order and ready to go. The Pho with Beef was super tasty. Pad Thai was cooked perfectly not overly cooked or dry (often the case). Pad See-Ew was very good. Chicken fried rice was also very good - hard to screw up but still good. It's great to have a Thai restaurant, this good, in Chatham.

The ahi tuna appetizer never fails to be amazing!!! My husband tried the beef oyster sauce tonight for the first time, and he “really, really” liked it!! Keep on with the fab food!! Thank you!!

The food is way way overpriced considering the quality. For a two person meal (just the curry and sweet and sour chicken) it's just average tasting and is overpriced. The chicken tasted like McDonald's chicken nuggets.

My wife and I enjoyed dinner tonight inside at Sun Thai. It was our first time here but it will not be our last. The Pad Thai with chicken was delicious. We also shared an order of Summer Rolls. Excellent service. Locally owned and operated.
