“Here's a nice little bar and grill to come to when your tired of the big town bars. They have good food, cold beer, mixed drinks, gambling machines and an outdoor deck. We came up on a night where they had a band on the deck and it turned out nice.”

“Went here looking for a small, locally owned family diner. Good diner vibe. Waitress couldn't have been more apathetic. I really hate to say that. Her attention was on everything but our order and our service. The fried mushroom portion was generous but left in the fryer too long. My open face pork tenderloin was also left in the fryer too long. It had the consistency and appearance of a large thick potato chip. The meat was crunchy. Not supposed to be like that. Waitress brought my wife's meal out at least 5 minutes before mine. Disappointed.”

Cold beer and friendly staff. If you’re driving down Route 47 take a trip into downtown Saunemin for lunch or dinner. A different lunch and dinner special daily. Update. Went back 9/23/22 still same great food. Price for Friday all you can eat Walleye has increased to $13.75. Still a great deal.”
