This is supposed to be an Italian Beef with red sauce & mozzarella. After having to return to this location to get the corrected sandwich because the first one was just some dry beef laying in a bun. This was about a third of the sandwich that was left. It had maybe one good slice of beef remaining. No cheese in sight. Almost $11.00 for this??? I have lived in this area my whole life & gone to this location( Crete, Il) for decades. What a big disappointment. We're trying to do our part by supporting local businesses but our hard earned money deserves mutual respect. We'll probably still give them our business but our visits will probably be fewer & farther between. Perhaps some retraining is needed. Papa Joe would not be happy.

If you want to find foreign dangerous objects in your pizza you have come to the right place! The first time I ordered from this place, I got a bite of pizza in my mouth and felt something, I pulled out and sure it was a staple ( the one you see on my photo) I reached to complain about it and they said they would give me a credit (like I’m ordering again?)This is very dangerous and I’m just glad it wasn’t one of my kids who got the slice.Ps. I’m still waiting for the owner’s call.

Stopped in here and ordered a pizza after a long drive. Two different choices for the family to eat and everyone was happy. Gotta love their sauce and the toppings, which are plentiful. Lots of leftovers for tomorrow, too, so very happy!

Very disappointed my pizza was overcooked the bottom was burnt. It was a waste of money. I’ve had the pizza in Homewood and it was a lot better. Very disappointing !!!

Great tasting Pizza and they really good lunch special from 11AM-3PM which includes two big slices and a 20 oz pop.

This is the worst Aurelio's I've been to. Apparently they don't take discover cards and the guy at the front desk would just tell me it declined and wouldn't hand me my card back. He kept putting it on the counter. My order was wrong as well, I asked and even paid for half pepperoni and I'm here eating it after cooking it and no pepperoni.
Ordered online and then had 6 people sitting here for an order that never showed up and nobody answers the phone. Ridiculous Homewood won't deliver to Chicago Heights but Chicago Heights is closed.

Picked pizza up , guy at drive up window was bundled up like the the furnace inside wasn't running, tried to get me to pay again at window even though I ordered online, I called him on it replied was joking , I did not find it funny , looking high as kite, brought pizza home threw in garbage. Wasted time and money.

Better than Homewood. This is how I expect and anticipate my pizza to taste. Everything is perfect. Crust, sauce, but most importantly it actually has cheese !!!

I used to come to this location faithfully but the pizza doesn't taste the same. It's still good but paste seems a little watered down. I don't come as often anymore now because of this. Nice staff. They are always short staffed but I applaud them for being consistent anyway with good customer service.
