We finally were in town again and got a chance to dine in to see what this restaurant was all about. I've had takeout from the establishment before and it was delicious, so I wanted to see how the service was. The gentleman at the front when you come in was polite, and friendly. He walked us to our booth and sat us. Our server Cheryl came over and took our order, she was friendly and helpful. We knew what we wanted so my fiance and I both ordered the turkey skillet and I had mine with wheat bread and the eggs over medium. I loved how the inside looked, it wasn't dirty or looked like it wasn't well maintained. The food came out and just like I remembered with my takeout it was delicious. Our server came over to check on us several times and always greeted us with a smile. I also want to point out that they have plenty of parking which is hard to find at a good restaurant. I also like how well-maintained the bathroom was. We will definitely return as I feel there are so many other items on the menu that I would like to try. So the next time we're in town we will stop by and have ourselves some more great breakfast.

I bought a newyork steak and eggs my steak was dry and tasted old I brought it back and they said no refund then gave me the refund and said I can’t eat there again wow all the money I’ve spent with
person collecting orders on the phone was rude and did not want me to speak with manager .instead he put me on hold and lied and said the manager was out for 2 hours.he did not want to help me fix my order that was wrong. Forced me to keep the food or said to buy whole new plate....just rude and nasty this is my last time here for real this time please get new workers .

I have been there several times, since I live in the area. The food is really good, and Today due to the weather I decided to order through apps (like Doordahs or Uber). So I wouldn’t have to go and pick up the meal. Everything was ok until I called the restaurant regarding some questions. Then, a lady answered the phone and one of her answers was “Sorry, this is not a Mexican place” . I even didn’t ask for tacos or something related to that. I just asked if they had pick up apps. I’m not even Mexican but the way that she said it for me was very disrespectful.

I have officially made my decree about this place. If you read my review, just know that today was a very, very bad day at Big Apple. I got my food and as I'm eating I discovered a hair in my food ?. I addressed this issue with the waitress, and she comes back to my table and says, "My manager discounted my bill." DISCOUNTED ???, It should have been taken off my bill. I spoke to the manager, John Hronopoulos, and he told me that since I started eating some of the food that I had to pay for the portion I ate. I had 3 crepes and ate 1 until I noticed the hair in my food. This man treated me as if I were some kind of criminal and in front of my children. I want everyone to know that this poor customer service is not something that I will continue to patronize. I am never ever eating at this place again! Just my review, I hope that it doesn't happen to anyone else.
