I have been coming to Big Boys since I was a young girl, on 3/28/24, I traveled 45 minutes to get food. My order was wrong, I went back and asked for a new sandwich. I was told I could have my money back and I was refused service because the worker was mad I returned my sandwich. I was not disrespectful or mean. In addition, over the years the service has become poor. They also allow people to beg for money outside the restaurant. You can’t even get out of your car without being approached.

Only because they can take our money, but when a guy was in there asking if he could EARN some money by cleaning the floor in there, the workers condescendingly scoffed at him like he was a substandard human. He literally was asking for $5 to sweep and mop the floor and whatever else they needed cleaned. They'll never get my money again.

Too many people standing around bagging. Which can make some women uncomfortable in the evening if they're alone. But the food is good at a reasonable price and they really give you alot.Parking: There is plenty of free off the street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entry no stairs

The garlic fries were not like I remembered from when I had them years ago, BUT they were ok. The cashier customer service gets a 0 star, and the rest of the staff that I did interact with gets a half star SMH.
