First off I hardly ever do reviews but this one I had to do. I have driven by this restaurant a dozen times, but today 11/13/2023, my family and I decided to order dinner from them and it was EXCELLENT! It was worth every dime I spent. We had the bbq wings, the bosco sticks and the large pepperoni pizza. Pizza wasn't soggy, wings fried just right and that bread OMG! Please try this place you will not be disappointed. My family will be back. Much love to Dozeli Pizza for a restaurant worth reconginition

Don't think we will be back. We ordered pizza slices that were stuck together and all the toppings came off, they gave us fries instead of onion rings and the order ahead was not ready and had to wait another 30 min. We just wanted to try another place but I don't think it's for us.

Ordered 3 pizzas and only one was received as ordered. Ordered 1 thick crust supreme, 1 Hawaiian and 1 pepperoni. Only the Hawaii was recognizable. The supreme was covered with a thick tomato sauce and you couldn't see the ingredients. No pepperoni on the pepperoni. All this and the bill was over $100! Extremely disappointed and will NEVER order from this company again.

Update: 9/26/23. Back up to 5 Stars! Dozeli's on Joe Orr Road has redeemed themselves. Great customer service! They reached out and replaced my pizza. It is delicious! This is the Dozeli's my family knows and loves! Please keep this kind of quality. Thank you!

My Sister from out of town was visiting us and Found this little treasure place and loved it! Very clean place, friendly staff, PIZZA delicious and baked with FRESH toppings! My family and I agree that it is the sauce and freshness of the Cheese that really gives it the taste, Dozeli pizzeria in Chicago Heights nailed it! Variety of other foods. Reasonable price and kind service. Definitely will continue to return there.??
If you want my opinion Dozeli thin crust pizzaa has more cheese then sauce and the deep dish Pizza ? keeping that Plaze Open. "?

Our office has been ordering from this location for over 7 years for office celebrations, however this week we received the poorest customer service possible. I placed an order for a Dozelis Original without Ricotta Cheese, Pepperoni-Sausage Pizza, and a Turkey Salad. Same order we place at least once a month delivered to the same address around the corner. The employee I spoke with read the order back correctly, but when the delivery person arrived, they called to let me know they were outside. Every time we order, the deliver person comes inside the building to our suite on the second floor of our office building, so I directed the delivery person how to enter the building. 15 minutes later, I realized we still had no pizza, so I called Dozeli’s back, and they mentioned I MUST go outside to pick up the order because the delivery person will not go inside. Although I found it petty, I went outside to get the pizza, but as soon as we open the box, I see the Dozeli’s Originial is covered in Ricotta and they sent a single Turkey Sandwich instead of a Turkey Salad for the office to share. I call Dozeli’s back, they admit they made a mistake, but mention the manager handles refunds and won’t be in until 4pm and would call me. 4pm comes and goes so I call back, and the same employee tells me the manager actually won’t be in until the next morning but would call me right away about the matter. The next day goes by, so I call the following day and speak with another employee who says the manager won’t be in for the day and tells me they have a “No Refund Policy”. I explain this was never mentioned, I was simply told this issue would be refunded once the manager got in, and it made no sense a refund wouldn’t be offered knowing they admitted to making a mistake the day I called. The employee said she would let the manager know, and he would reach out. Five mins later, I get a call back from the same employee letting me know she heard back from the manager who is standing by the “No Refund Policy” and read off their rules about needing a receipt and the incorrect order should have been returned. This was extremely upsetting because none of that information was ever provided when I called the day of the order. I literally still have the Turkey sandwich in the fridge because it was never wanted. The day of, they never even offered to send the correct order knowing they made a mistake. It’s sad that despite the years of loyalty doing business with this location they still made no efforts to rectify this situation nor felt any remorse about it. Saying this all to say, I suggest you do not order from this restaurant for their silly “policy”. They make mistakes, aren’t accountable, and have poor customer service when you call them out about it.
