I ordered a mocha they gave me a regular coffee which cost less paid almost 5.00 stay away or check your order upon leaving never going back no wonder they were playing stupid.

I only get friendly service from the Hispanic young lady that works there in the morning. The older lady at the window does not acknowledge nor speak to you. Also, this locations prices are higher than other Dunkin’s in the area.

This is the third time I bought a donut after normal breakfast service hours. One time I was told that they were sold out of the Old Fashion Donut. The next two times I was sold a donut that was harder than a day old biscuit. Even microwave it for a few seconds don't help. The owners should monitor their product(s) for freshness and not try to profit from some old stale food. If this was a health issue I do hope the Board of Health will step in.
The workers are very so gross, I seen one cleaning his car with the coffee pot, I seen another outside on a smoke break and came in to take my order I drove off because he didn't wash his hands. The older guy is very nice but I don't like going to dunkin

This is my favorite dunkin especially because they never try to put hot coffee over ice and claim it's iced coffee like every other dunkin does. And these are the coolest people.

Worst experience ever , thought I made purchase but when I looked in the bag there was nothing in the bag but 1 donut no 2nd donut or bagel. Worst off to try and call and no number to the business. The recording comes on and say the number has been disconnected or changed with no further info to follow up on my visited . But they got my money .

Order is wrong every time. I drive down to south Chicago heights just so I can get better customer service and my correct order that I pay for. Save your money and go to a different location.

Terrible customer service. Will never visit again. Ordered a donut and coffee on the mobile app. When I got to the window the cashier said they were out of everything and that he could give me some hash browns. I declined and asked for a refund and he told me that I couldn't have a refund take hash browns or nothing at all. I said I don't eat hash browns. He closed the window and walked away. I will never come back
