If I could give 0 stars to this location it is the worst location I ever been to everybody in there was playing including the cooks loud holding conversations with other employees wow there’s at least 10 peoples standing in the lobby waiting to be seen. They can’t get no work done because they so busy playing with each other. I waited for over an hour to get my food Still wasn’t ready. I ordered at 6:36. I didn’t get a refund until 8 o’clock. Y’all really need to do better with this location and the employees that work in there it’s ridiculous. I ordered 3 thing look at the time just sad like I said they doing more playing then serving the customer

Ordered online to pick up the pizza portal did not work and was not functional. So many people standing waiting for their orders and to order. The pizza and Italian Cheese Bread was not properly cooked. The dough wasn't stretched right it was bootleg overall terrible. 1st and last time at that location.

I ordered ahead and still had to wait almost 30 minutes after the pick up time to get my food. They did not use the food portal. Had to go to the counter to tell them my order and they had not started on my order. Got the crazy puffs and it had globs of garlic sauce on top of each puff and was just overwhelming for the bite size piece of food.

Worst experience in any restaurant. Time it took to place order: 5 minutes. Time it took for preparing: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Not an exciting time for me. Just wanted a day off of cooking two meals a day x 365. My gosh I was about to get a refund and go next door for the juancos tacos then realized it might take days to refund which meant I wouldn't be able to feed my family. So I waited and waited and waited. So disappointing. They forgot the marinara sauce for bread sticks and they we're cold. I'm not impressed. I could of had a better experience at home but I'm injured so needed a break. Not today. So over crowded and small store. The online orders were all they did. Forgot about pedestrian customers. Online pickup came in and 5 minutes out door. They forgot to respect pedestrian customers. Worst experience giving my money to wait hours.?

Everytime I go to this location there is always an over extended wait time during the early evening shifts. Staff members are not helpful and unprofessional. Don't forget to double check for order completion because they don'tParking: Lots of parking spots in the plaza but when they are busy due the long wait times you might park several spots away from the store
