This basically decent location. The only problem I have is with the drive thru. Sometimes it's a long wait to get your order taken at the speaker, one time they never answered and I had to drive and place my order the 1st window.
I frequent this store weekly as a treat for my grandsons. The manager works hard, is courteous, and provides excellent service, he gets 5 stars. However, as hard as he works, the skill hasn't seemed to transfer to his team. In the 6 years that we've been going there, the service has been deteriorating. I would say that in the past 4 years or so, 95% of the time, there is an error in the order or the charges. The young staff members are nonchalant, and only a couple of them work...read full review

There should be flexibility in an option to remove cheese from certain items. I ordered a sausage and burrito, and didn't want cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. Fortunately I did have lactose pills to take because they gave me no option I was told it's already pre-made, although I have ordered that same burrito from other places without cheese. No effort put forth.Dietary restrictions: No effort to remove easy ingredients like cheese from a meal.
