Every time we order a whole pizza, there’s a lady making them, she ALWAYS has the worst attitude, is like she doesn’t want to be bother with orders, my son now he doesn’t want to eat sbarros he feels that she will spit on his pizza, she acts like she is the owner, isn’t she happy with her job, then maybe she has to change jobs, we hate coming and see her, we just turn around and leave, every time she said “it will be an hour”. We are done with sbarros

Omg! Was so happy and surprised to see Sbarro still in the food court of the mall! Had to grab a couple of slices. Pizza still taste like it did when I was in high school. (That was one of our meeting grounds in my day afterschool). Had the cheese slice and the mushroom and spinach slice as well. Was so good!. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve been getting pizza from this location for YEARS. But recently, the past few times, everyone working here is completely incompetent, RUDE and just overall horrible! They don’t care about their job, they don’t care about the pizza, they absolutely don’t care about ANYTHING. You can hear them cursing, bantering with each other, paying ZERO attention to the line. Why are these people working at a job they care a solid NOTHING about? Terrible, horrible experience. Close it down!

Recently went to this location to order a pizza waited in line for 15min for assistance (no other customers in line). Continuously over looked by the manger. Unable to get any assistance. Everyone seemed lost or oblivious. I would never recommend this

Great place for tasteful cheap pizza, the only one thing I am upset about is that, I always ask for beard stick with garlic dip. I rarely ever get the dip, to be fair, all my orders are through door dash. However due to this I get charged for the dip and rarely refund, unless I go through the process to request one. I know the dip is under a dollar but if your order from them every once in a while, it starts to add up.To summarize, order the pizza for affordable pizza but do not order dip if you are having it delivered.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager present at around 1pm on 06/26 should be dealt with. An elderly hispanic woman came up to me nearly in tears asking for a translator. The manager present THREW packets of pepper at this woman simply because she had trouble communicating regarding a refund.This is absolutely ridiculous that a MANAGER, a person who should be setting an example for other employees of this establishment, is acting in this manner. Completely unprofessional and incredibly rude. This manager was also very rude while I was ordering and paying for my meal.Will be calling corporate.

I ordered online off a google site which said it was open . This was at 1130 am my order was placed an it didn’t arrive till after 115 on top of all that they didn’t even get my order right which what they messed up is the only reason I was getting food from them … worst part is I called about 10 times to tell them an no one will answer an I just talk to them around 1230 when I was wonder where my food was …. Highly recommended you go to a different location…
