I ordered the 2 piece catfish dinner that came with 3 sides and dessert. I got the dressing, Mac n cheese, and greens with banana pudding. The catfish was a 5/10. It was not as crispy as last time, and was bland. Definitely lacked some salt. The Mac n cheese was a 8.5/10. It was clearly baked, and very The greens were a 10/10. I prefer my banana pudding with a little more cookies, and not as much pudding but the flavor is definitely there so im going to give it a 9.5/10.

The food is really not soul food it's more of a after church take the family kind of place. Food has no seasoning just bland. That cornbread was awful ? dry with no taste ?. I do not recommend this place

Love this place the last time I went here was in 2020 of not 2021 . My x bf took me here for the 1st time we came here in 2016 I believe and we sat by the window.
The food was good but the service was horrible, the man that took our order and gave us the food. He came back and said “like I said the total is 18.81” out of respect for our elders we didn’t react but it’s a way you talk to people and have to watch your tone a lot of people aren’t going to turn the other cheek like we just did. Like I said the food was good but they need to fix their customer service immediately and find somebody more friendlier to take order because he suck and need to fix his tone and the words he choose.

It's been a while since 4yrs ago. Iast time me and my girlfriend went there . She kinda didn't like what she had. Cause she just started to going to the gym and changing her eating habits. But I was okay with what had there.
