Walking into Anto’s Pizza in Evanston, Chicago, is like stepping into a family’s loving embrace, one where Italian culinary traditions are not just preserved but celebrated with every dish. From the mozzarella sticks that promise a golden crunch with every bite to the rustic charm of their handcrafted pizzas, laden with premium toppings like paper-thin prosciutto and figs, every item is a testament to their commitment to quality.Their cone-shaped, hand-made pasta stands as a paragon of their innovative spirit, wrapping traditional flavors in a contemporary guise that is both delightful and satisfying. The salads are a fresh interplay of textures and tastes, combining the peppery bite of arugula with the sweetness of oranges, the richness of feta, and the crunch of walnuts, all drizzled with a balsamic glaze that ties it all together. And for those seeking comfort in a bowl, their vegetable soup is a harmonious blend of fresh produce and aromatic herbs, a true celebration of natural flavors that’s both heartwarming and invigorating.Anto’s Pizza is more than just a restaurant; it’s a destination where each meal is a labor of love. It’s a place that demands the attention of any food enthusiast in search of a genuine, down-to-earth Italian dining experience. Don’t just take my word for it—go and let the flavors speak for themselves. This family-owned and managed gem is indeed amazing, a must-visit spot on Chicago’s culinary map.

Could not keep my hands off their pasta.ABSOLUTELY delicious pasta, cheese sticks and even their garlic bread you name it. Serving homemade sauce and pasta-on-the house spun at the house, this place offers an authentic “Italian” vibe where servers like Priscilla make you feel at home. This place has my heart and soul. PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY OVER HERE

I'm at 4 stars on this place even though I was hoping for 5! The place was hoping on a Friday night, but we were able to be seated rather quickly amongst a crowd of enthusiastic locals. The smell of freshly prepared Italian food in the air alluring. Our service was rather quick efficient, but not very personable. I'm used to making my own fried calamari and was quite pleased by the cone filled with well seasoned, delicate, and delicious portion we received.. the companion sauce was also quite good but arrived in an inexplicably small plastic cup. For the price? I'd like a serving that could actually dip each piece into as well as a dish that was for here.. not a micro cup.. to go.I was stuck looking at the east wall of the place, which was probably the worst view I could have. They tried and put up a wall of "wood," but it wasn't really, and a number of fasteners were visible on a wall with a sheen that said, "Wash me better" and put a little bit of thought into the decor. My biggest gripe would have to be that I ordered a white pizza without realizing it. It was good, but hey.. I like to try the sauce, and I like a menu that has a touch of useful information for those who are both adventurous and unfamiliar. That said, my mouth is watering thinking about returning.

The food came out hot which I loved, if there's anything I hate is when my food comes to the table warm or room

I ordered thick crust ricotta with sliced zucchini, and a Caesar salad as takeout. The pizza was so delicious and the salad was a good portion. First time walking in there and I’ll definitely be back to dine in. The restaurant was very busy when I picked up my order, seems like a great date spot.

Pasta in a cone! ⁣⁣⁣⁣It’s a real thing and far more than a novelty way to serve spaghetti. No wonder it went viral!⁣⁣⁣⁣Designed by the chef and owner of @antopizzachicago, the cones serve a purpose that you appreciate while dining in and taking to-go. This popular Roger’s Park spot has been serving Italian Street Food to a customer base that lives near and far to their neighborhood location.⁣⁣⁣⁣First, order the Homemade Lemon Linguini. The freshly made pasta and sauce and huge shrimp are beyond delicious. But that cone brings a bonus as it keeps the sauce HOT which makes it adhere to the pasta even more. That means lemony flavor in every bite. There is a reason this is a customer favorite! ⁣⁣??⁣⁣The Homemade Tortellini Vodka is also served in the cone which enhances the creamy texture of the sauce and ricotta cheese inside the tortellini with the fresh pasta.⁣⁣??⁣⁣Definitely order the Fried Calamari. It’s a light coating so the seafood flavor comes through.⁣⁣?⁣⁣The Arancini is a must for the start of your meal. Made-from-scratch recipe with Italian Arborio rice, peas, mozzarella, parmesan and surrounded by marinara sauce that just bursts with flavor. ??⁣Add the Hand Cut Mozzarella Sticks to your appetizers for some melty cheesy goodness. ⁣⁣⁣Pizzas are made with flour and olive oil from Italy. The Margherita crust was chewy with the brightness of the sauce coming through in every bite. ⁣⁣?⁣⁣Dessert: Order the Tiramisu. Even if you think you are full. Order the Tiramisu. Made with mascarpone cheese (not cream cheese!) and so balanced with the classic flavors of this Italian specialty. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Cannolis have a light, crispy shell and rich filling. That first bite is so good. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Anto Pizza and Pasta’s menu is diverse and all homemade. Go and try a selection of dishes. ⭐️Oh, and don’t miss that last image in the video for a delicious idea.⭐️⁣⁣

So I’ve wanted to try Anto’s for a few years since they opened a while back so we did the other day. The waitress was really nice but it was cold in there and the pictures on the wall of screenshots of TikTok “influencers” was outright weird, to make it worse the owner was in the process of putting up another influencers screenshot. Now onto the food. The fried olives were nice and briny but could have used like some cheese stuffed in it to balance that with some richness, the pistachio pasta was the standout of what we ordered. Now onto the pizza, the Roman style crust was airy and crisp but the pizza was drowning in fontina with no tomato sauce in sight.(we did not realize there was no sauce was present on that pizza) and the pancetta, don’t get me started on the pancetta. It was literally run of the mill bacon. I’m appalled that it was literally like eating a little ceasers crazy bread. A bacon and cheese breadstick, olives and a pasta should not have cost us $80.

We came last Minuit with a party of 6, it’s a small place but the owner graciously set the outside up with a heater and clean the tables for us which I thought was so nice. The service was phenomenal and the food was amazing!! Will definitely be

This place was absolutely amazing!! It was my first time. I tried the Wings, pizza, fettuccine Alfredo pasta cone and for dessert their Nutella cannolis and tiramisu. I can say every single item was fresh and delicious!! I’m from Milwaukee and i would do the hour and a half drive just to eat again here! The staff were incredibly friendly as well. It is very tiny inside but I hope in the future they expand to a bigger place. Overall great food!
