Person serving me had headphones on and ordering chicken and was mumbling which made me confused if she was talking to me or not and on her phone (and the only person there)I'm fine with that maybe there was an emergencyHowever preztels were colds!

I absolutely believe this place exists and to prove it here's a photo of a desk

Woman was listening to music and made me wait 15 min for a pretzel even though they were ready. She was just chatting with someone on the phone

This Auntie Anne's is located near Gates C17 and C18 in Concourse C - Terminal 1 at O'hare airport. It is open from 6am - 8pm daily, serving signature soft pretzels and other pretzel snacks at airport prices and airport quality. Had a cinnamon sugar pretzel ($6.50) recently while enduring a long layover at O'hare. Texture was beyond soft, it was mushy and even soggy in parts. As this was a sweet pretzel, it didn't taste that bad even if the texture was a bit odd this time. In the end, just a typical airport food experience, do it if you must, wait until you can eat elsewhere if you can.

Very upset! Rushing to get to next flight and get lied to because they knew this. Ordered a pretzel with salt git plane one. First time in ten years I ordered from you people and now reminded why

The cashier, an older lady with dark hair, was condescending both to the customer in front and I. "I've been doing this a long time and know what I'm talking about," she said unprovoked when I was briefly confused about the pay process. Ok, relax lady, I just want my pretzels.

didn't think a pretzel would put me in such peril but pretty much exactly after i ate it my stomach started hurting. long story short, i was on the toilet fighting for my life while my plane was about to start boarding. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT DIARRHEA!

Absolutely terrible!! Cashier was rude the second he opened his mouth! Why even work in customer service with that attitude! You really shouldn’t be rude and then say, answer the question on the screen. NO TIP!! Bless your heart, I can’t imagine being that miserable with my life.

Hard to have a more rude staff than here. Staff is offended at English accents of foreigners, don't work at an international airport if you don't understand people.Take your money somewhere else.

Landed in O'Hare and spotted Aunite Anne's, one of my favorite fast foods in the USA are the Mini Pretzel Dogs, loved them. Server was nice but as a British person, being asked for a tip on the credit card for somebody to give me a cup of pretzels is over the top.

We had a short layover, so we grabbed some food on the way to our gate. I didn't want anything at the food court, and saw this, and got it instead. The person working was having a personal conversation with someone. I wasn't sure which register to stand at. She told me twice she'd be with me in a minute, as if I was impatient. I was just standing there waiting, lol. I got a pretzel with cream cheese. It was very good. I love Auntie Anne's pretzels. It was $8, which is too much, but that's an airport for you. The tax is really high here, too.

I know it's just pretzels and it's in an airport so the expectations start low, but wow. Didn't even end up ordering. Employees cursing at each other and dropping f-bombs. Super rude at the register. Menu says small pretzel nuggets come in small and large yet employee said it only comes in large. Fine but do you have to be so crazy rude about it???? Wow! Shockingly horrible service. Please, retrain these people???? Honestly... never in my life seen anything like it. SMH.

It's about what I expected from an airport Auntie Anne's. The pretzel dog was burnt and the prices were exhorbitant. But O'Hare Terminal 1 C gates have very few food options and they are all excessively overpriced. So I had my $10 burnt pretzel dog and a Coke, then went to my gate.

Thank goodness for this Auntie Anne's! In my experience, the Chicago Airport did not have good-tasting food at other restaurants, so I ended up filling my stomach with pretzels from Auntie Anne's. I enjoyed the slightly sweet and salty flavor of my original soft pretzel.
