? Staff added a tip on the transaction without my consent. I didn’t notice until submitting receipt for reimbursement. To management- this is transaction fraud.

The pretzel is the normal Auntie Anne’s pretzel, delicious. They had several people working, and they were great. They give a Veterans discount, thank you. I didn’t have any issues.

Burned and stale. Not anything like it should be.

Young lady that was wearing a bandana was extremely rude towards me. She had her headphones on and on her phone cussing with her coworkers. I said hello and ask for a cup of ice water please. She had the nastiness attuide all the time in T2 andT3 with me for no reason. I work at the airport that's not how your suppose to represent O'Hare next time I'm going to complain to corporate so I hope she reads this

This location in Terminal 2 (Concourse E) was about what I expected from a typical airport or rest stop Auntie Anne's. I usually order some pretzel nuggets, and these were fine - soft, buttery, and hadn't been sitting out for too long. I asked if they could scan the app for rewards, but instead they gave a receipt with a barcode to scan that worked just as well. Not sure how that would work if you wanted to redeem an offer/reward, but at least you can still earn points.

I love auntie Anne's. Huge guilty pleasure of mine. Always stop by every time I am at O'Hare no matter what. My go to is the original pretzel with cheese, sometimes I'll get the pretzel nuggets instead when I'm feeling adventurous. Always warm, salty, buttery and delicious. I have had the cinnamon sugar pretzel, which is perfect for when you're in the mood for something sweet! It is a little pricey since it is at the airport, but I can't ever say no

I actually don't know why this place received good ratings... very limited food choices and they taste just ok. A new drink is promoted at the store but when I wanted to get it, I was told it's only available at the store in terminal 1. Why would you promote something you don't even offer??? The cashier was also very busy chatting with her colleague. I just felt like I was disrupting their conversation.

They have the best super soft nugget (pebble or pearl) ice in the entire airport. Just this location in the E & F gates.

I am not at Chicago O'Hare (ORD) International Airport often. When I am, I am there for a brief layover to get to another destination. I also tend to be on concourse E, where United Airlines and Air Canada gates are.I'd say that I've dropped by ORD intermittently for the past two decades. A ritual that hasn't changed over the years is for me to grab a snack at Auntie Anne's. This store has always been on concourse E, which is comforting to me.This Auntie Anne's is the only one that I know that offers full pretzel hot dogs. I'm so used to not seeing them that they are unicorns when I do.It was roughly 8 am and I had two hours to kill before my flight. I needed breakfast, as I had been up since 2 am. Mini pretzel dogs for breakfast? Yes, please! There were perhaps two folks in front of me in the lineup. It allowed me to salivate over the offerings. This store has always been fully stocked with yummy pretzel products.I had a nice woman helping me with my order. I got mini pretzel dogs and a bottle of Diet Coke. I paid with a credit card. Done! She put my mini pretzel dogs in a bag. She handed me a cold bottle of Diet Coke. I thanked her, wished her a great day, and headed to a place to sit down and eat.The mini pretzel dogs hit the spot. The hot dogs were plump. The pretzel dough around each one was yummy. I was a happy camper. My Diet Coke washed everything down. It was also perfect for me to stay hydrated on my last flight segment home.It was great revisiting this Auntie Anne's. Although ORD isn't my favourite airport when I'm trying to catch a flight and the airline flight segments are different (the walk is typically excruciatingly long), coming here for my hot dog pretzel fix makes the experience at this airport much better.(500)

I don't know where to begin other than the pretzels made me violently sick to the point that I threw up in the plane's bathroom right before takeoff which caused us to miss our takeoff slot resulting in innocent passengers missing their connecting flight. Will never, ever go here again unless I have something that I would like to miss and need an excuse to get sick. I wish this app had a negative star rating. 1 star rating is too generous.

I usually love Auntie Annes but this airport location was not hitting the spot. I guess it depends what time of day you catch them. When you get a pretzel fresh the taste is out of this world but I happened to get a pretzel that was probably sitting in the warmer for awhile. They had most of the options available that I wanted especially for it nearing the end of their work day. It's an airport expect airport prices.
