So no one speaks English here, which is fine. The problem is, we sat there for 45 mins and only had appetizers. When it was time to order, they told us they were out of EVERYTHING, the entire back page of grilled items…OUT!! No mention of this at all the entire time we were there. Do not waste your time, did I mention we were fasting and drove an hour because they we the only halal Chinese open on Monday

The pilaf is sweet, the shish kebab is impossible to eat - 30% meat, 70% cartilage.

Food rating.Taste (pilaf). Very bad, the food was not prepared correctly and they skimped a lot on the ingredients (meat and carrots)RICE was overcooked and turned out overcooked.MEAT - there was very little even taste, the meat in the pilaf was not noticeable, the meat was only 3-4 small pieces, the markings were very finely chopped and not too small.SPICES - how strange, except for a little ZIRA that was visible and then when they didn’t feel anything else.A PORTION OF PILOW is $16, it is too small; an adult needs to eat 2 servings (one serving is $16) to satisfy a little hunger.MANTYThe dough was too thin that it actually tore on the plate. The pulp is full of spices and onions.TASTE IS TO YOUR TASTE. But the recipe doesn't match.PRICE - the ratio of food and price does not match.THE SERVICE WAITER IS IN A HURRY, AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR THE FOOD, ALTHOUGH THE RESTAURANTS ALWAYS COOK IN ADVANCE.A total of 10 points. I only give 1 point. I'll come back in another 3 weeks, hoping there will be something different.

While the food was absolutely delicious—particularly the Lagman with its stretchy noodle texture and the rich and soupy Manty—the service left much to be desired. The servers seemed disengaged and were not the most hospitable. The restaurant felt a bit unattended, with dirty dishes left on several tables throughout my meal.

Very amazing food and people! I keep bringing my friends and family over to try them out!
While I found the food to be good, it was a bit overpriced for the quality. The best part of the meal was the plof which had a good flavor profile and was perfectly cooked. Overall it was not a bad experience, and if the prices were the same as they were listed online (prices online were half of the price that was actually in the store) the meal would have been worth it. Will I go back? Maybe for takeout.

Sitting with your shoes off was what I liked the most. Again, a typical Kyrgyz flavored tea welcomes you. They have a different honey cream cake. You can dine with your family in a very nice environment. You can come and taste Kyrgyz flavors on a very busy street. The environment is very authentic. There are paintings symbolizing Kyrgyz life on the walls. The remaining details are available in the images. I advise

Very not tasty lagman, and we saw the dough being taken out of the freezer, not the freshest of course, but we thought it was normal, like pre-prepared dough and no big deal, but the dough seemed to stand for a very long time, the viscous, not tasty dough and the gravy too, it felt like yesterday’s dough had been reheated in the microwave and gave it to us. We couldn't eat it and threw it away, it was a shame for the food. And the manti -the minced meat was dry, not an ounce of fat, and the minced meat itself was stuck together in a lump, like a stone, dough and a little round thing inside.I hope the owners will take note.

I visited Bai Cafe last Saturday after being unable to find a table at another restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The restaurant was almost empty, which should have been a sign. The service was poor, with uncleaned table and cold, unappetizing bread. The food was also disappointing, with the Lagman dish being less meaty and not hot enough. I could not finish it. To make matters worse, I was charged for tea that I did not drink, which was not communicated to me beforehand. The prices were also quite high for the quality of food (paid 7$ for bread) and service.
